Well technically this is actually supposed to be grandfathered bc it was made before the rules came into effect. However, Part 1 was aired before Part 2 passed review. So if Part 2 passes review soon, they can pretty much drop it. But the regulators could be nasty about it and simply not let is pass review until 12 months date.
