Totally there are too many fans who think they are "helping" their idols by brushing over their acting hiccups. That's why they don't improve bc lightning will strike down anyone that criticises them. And if God won't do it, the fans will. That's China is over populated with good looking and bad actors.

Honestly I wish he wouldn't. He has done so many and it is time for him to do other stuff. Esp considering how he obviously is traumatised by the kiss scenes.

Possibly but I think his wife is much more secure, she is a huge celebrity herself. He is just a really serious actor that keeps trying to challenge himself. Romance roles are great for fan service but not that difficult for someone like him anymore and its not like he needs to be more popular. He is doing amazing in Ordinary Greatness which has no romance and I am so much happy to see him take on these types of roles. Not that he wouldn't be great with LYF.

Be great if he did but I noticed he rarely does romance intensive dramas anymore.

This character is this drama's weak point. He is a male parody of the typical annoying c-drama unreasonable and petulant female character. I was amused and got the point many episodes ago. Now I just want to throw rocks at him every time he appears and I don't understand why he gets so much screen time. The scenes are not interesting or funny at all. I don't like the actor either, he over-acts in every role. But it is no reason to drop the drama, he doesn't matter just FF him.

Yes that was funny but his individual rants about Pan'er are not.
