I feel like they cut too much on the action scenes. The family drama and the disputes between women were a bit redundant. Otherwise i enjoyed this drama. Wu Leii acting is impressive in the second half and I definitely think he is more sexy with loose long hair like in the Long Ballad.

I totally agree with you. I felt the same at some point. What kept me watching was the love story between the leads.

There will be some kissing scenes for Liu Yuning in this drama. Just saw some pictures. 😊. I dont think ive seen him doing a kissing scene in any drama.

Seems like this drama is most probably the next to come out among all the bunch of costunes dramas.

Too bad the production doesn't look that great. At least actors are good and costumes look beautiful. If the story is interesting, i can maybe over look the orher flaws.

This type of story can usually be made into 36 to 40 epidodes. I hope its still good.

Im at episode 15 and i think this drama is enjoyable. I wasnt sure if i would like Chen zhe yuan . I don't usually like actors with baby face like. But i must say that he has great charm and can carry a masculine role pretty well.

I was interesed since the first episode but i think the most interesting parts its after episode 24.I really like the characters development and the story is unpredictable. Maybe its just not your type of characters and story.
