Xu Kai as the hero is one thing❤️But Xu Kai as the villain, with that smirk and that cold, authoritative expression? That is a completely different level of dangerous. It should be illegal. ❤️🔥🔥

Villian of the year goes to Mr,Yu 👏 👏 👏 Todays episode really showed him in his full capacity..from pretending to be humble in front of emperor, to showing off in public, to threatening FTY, to confrontation with YJX...expressions, voice modulation, posture...the actor really pulled it off 👏 👏

Another masterclass in direction, script-writing, dialogues, performance.FTYs mother standing up for her daughter was similar to Commandar Wang taking ZL under his wing 🔥 loved the performance...graceful, powerful, restrained, feminine power ❤️And ZL writing it with his blood ❤️ finally FTY stating her willingness ...honestly best couple of cdram ever 🔥And Madam Wu's lines to FY : you have climbed high, you haven't picked the art of the high ladies, but you surely have picked their airs 👏Have to learn the art of insulting politely from this c-drama 🤣And showing FTY's brother in new light, his suffering was another brilliant coherent scriptwriting firework 🎆And such apt OST lines about a bird yearning for clear skies and eventually flying off❤️This episode delivered from all angles, plot progression, acting, OST, everything and more 😊 😃

Man… the adrenaline rush of Episode 14! 🔥I can usually handle fight scenes—in fact, sometimes I’m even bored by them because, come on, we all know our ML is going to be the hero. 😂But today? Xu Kai, with those expressions and that agility, had me genuinely on tenterhooks. For a moment, it felt like my beloved was fighting for me. 😭❤️And his acting… a masterclass. Most actors can convincingly convey one or two emotions in a scene, but Xu Kai manages to express so many layers simultaneously—through his eyes, his voice, his body language, even the smallest shifts in expression. You can actually feel what’s going through the character without him having to say it.That fight scene wasn't just action. His performance made me feel every second of it.❤️🙏🏻🔥

The episode ws everything we waited for and more...ZL fulfilled all his prromise to FTY, and ZL heroic, FTY the radiant bride...the blessings from her mother...one happy joyous ceremony.💖💖And Liu Yuning singing the OST in tnhe background was icing on the cake ❤️ ❤️
