Time loop series are always chef kiss and the director is the same of "ThamePo" where the characters were very mature personality wise so I hope it will be great.
By the way i'm very glad Gawin will be a journalist and Joss a boxer. Nothing against college characters but I wanted to see them in adult roles.
So Fuaiz is the evil guy here? I remember his being in 4 minutes and he was exceptionally good there. TonKla was not precisely an angel but you could empathize with him for not taking shit from anyone.
I liked this episode. Especially Pai telling all his family off for being shitty. "That day I was deeply hurt and the first thing you tell me it's how i'm going to take responsability?" YES MY BOY, TELL THEM. He forgave everybody too soon, however. The parents are weak willed, you don't have to beg the old fart to come to your son, you go and that's it. Pai was right when he said they had never there for him.
North being an adult, it's a good change of pace, he is still cute and innocent but you can see how serious is in his job. even if his opinions clash with U's.
And now the good part. Tim having a wallpaper of him and Pai and being rambling and talking about him to his colleagues. The blackout scene was magical, even if it wasn't shown anything explicit, I felt the intimate sphere with Tim tellng Pai he is a lovable soul and he loves him for being strong and caring at the same time.
Glad the old fart finally offered a good advice and told Pai getting to know the real Tim; his past, his motivations and of course not thinking he is the only man in the Earth.
Props to Junior and Mark for this performance. I demand more series for them right now because what they did here is out of this world. Pai's face crumbling whereas the chaos unleashed around him and he is just a zombie like he doesn't care about anything in this world πππ
Tim's face searching Pai in the wedding and he gets hit with a bottle. His conscious fading is a nice symbolism of how the dream is now over and it's time to face the music.
I'm angrier with Pai's family than Tim, even if this mess it's his fault. What kjind of family abandons his little kid after BEING A VICTIM of a scam? Fuck them. Those parents are completely useless too. If my kid gets yelled at, I would beat the crap of that old man even if he is my father. And that old fart, who does he think he is? Your grandkid has been obedient and taking care of your business and now you treat him like a rag after, I repeat, being a victim? Fuck you. I hope that stupid company ends up in ruins. It's incredible that North is the only one who showed that he is Pai's real family, the rest can burn in hell.
I like that Tim is being there for Pai, but I don't want his being forgiven so soon, even if Airy and the rest of the women did at the wedding was rude and unacceptable, they were right, Tim cheated on Pai just to get money, he doesn't deserve being forgiven until he prove himself.
Tim being beating up was hilarious. Junior has a gift for comedy, his shocked expression when he got the first slap has me in stitches πππ
I would have liked that Tim and Pai had more minutes in today's episode but I understand it was needed to close Yu/North drama because next week everything is going to hell between Pai and Yu.
I thought Yu was going to trick North again with "her mum". Glad he had some common sense and came clean. Getting a divorce was a masterplan. Now North doesn't have the pressure of "what If I being tricked again?" and has Pai out of his ass. Probably he won't get married so soon even If he ends up with Yu.
Tim breaking up with Airy seemed so cute and poignant until of course I have watched the preview. The hug was probably a trap to get Tim in a picture or maybe Airy had good intentions and when she sees Tim in a magazine, she will think Pai is a victim like her.
Okay, now let's brace ourselves because the next week, hell breaks loose.
Oh God, Tim has decided to quit the scam to invest in his love for Pai and it's precisely now when he will be caught. The irony and angst will be delicious. Pai has fought with his family and now he will have nothing.
I like Poon/North in this episode being more adult and serious. I would like that Poon has an evil/dramatic character in his next series because I bet he would nail it.
Damn it, I hated Tim this entire episode. In the previous ones you can see fighting against himself but in this he has been all manipulation. The car accident was dirty, funny that in the end he had a real accident. By the way I love how Pai unconsciously in messing Tim's plans. First not wanting to marry and then marrying but stepping down from his position which will render Tim's scam useless.
By the way, if Pai acted like this when it as an unknown persona like Yu, I can't imagine how he will react to Tim. He has been much worse that Yu and I don't see how Pai could forgive him after such a huge betrayal.
Another solid episode. Tim's mask is starting to crack up. That morning with Pai being affectionate hit him hard, he is feeling too much and that moment when he stand up for Pai against that horrible aunt was chef kiss. I wonder if his lawyer friend will support him when he crumbles after Pai fnds out the truth or he'll bite him for messing the plan. His "mum" understands perfectly because she confessed having fell for her targets so she could be his support after everything goes to hell.
It's funny how everyone in the comments are worried about Pai's heart when everything explodes and I'm more intrigued about what will happen to Tim. He is the scammer but in the end he will be the most damaged of the four.
Then we have Yu and North. At this point I can say for sure that Yu is not a scammer, he just lied about the mum thing but he doesn't want to scam North. In fact, pretty sure he is too happy making him feel safe than planning anything. If it wasn't for Tim, he would have been caught. Ironic that North, who is the naive one, has chosen much better than his intelligent cousin.
I don't know if Oh's wish was especifically: "I want to be loved by Tum" but pretty sure it's related to love. He doesn't give a fuck about his gang and anything in general and he is having the time of his life arguing with Tum, so his wish could be: "I want true love" and the god giving him his wish in a form of angry/sulky Tum.
I really like that Mix is being "the evil one" in this season. I'm so used to see him being the cute boy character that it will be fresh seeing here making messes for everybody.
I said before that Junior may be one of my favourite actors of the GMMTV: I discovered him in "Perfect 10 Liners" and of course, here I'm still saying the same. He is nailing this role. He usually is the funny guy and here he is the coldest one. You don't know what he is thinking about. You can sense he has some feelings for Pai but in the next scene you see him controlling everything, like scamming that woman to give him more money.
And you have Ohm's character, he doesn't know what he is doing. Tim and his mother gives him a run for his money and it's perfectly clear, that he doesn't want to do this. The analogy about the fake/true doll with his relationship with his mother/North has been brilliant. Very glad that Ohm doesn't have a stoic/serious role this time. Even if he is trying to scam, he wears his heart on his sleeve.
It's a pity that it was cancelled because the pilot seemed interesting but I'm especially apalled for the 6 boys who suddenly got no series this year. Could GMMTV take another new project for them even if it's not announced in GMMTV 2026? In the end it was not their fault.
Watched right now and I loved it. The introductions are done and everybody are more than what they seem. Pheem seems a charming guy but as he said, he has an aggresive side. Koh is mysterious, he doesn't mind being naked in front of Jira but for now, his interest is not sexual Jira seems just an unlucky guy but he has a weird addiction for danger, first giving his address to a guy who doesn't know and then going to the other's apartment.
Waiting for the next episode, this is going to be so great. π₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°
I'm pretty sure I already said this here when the news of this series came out and I still don't think there's…
Fat chance, but it would be a huge plot twist. And yes it could work perfectly fine. "Three will be free" was poly and even up today is one of the best GMMTV's dramas
Guys, I want to watch this so bad, but thereβs just too much! Where do I start? Any recommendations? π«
It depends of what you want:
"Hi" by my luck: The most romantic one, it's about friendship and competitiveness among teenagers. It's a BL by the way.
Not my father!: Slapstick comedy, every character is crazy here except the female lead, very funny and you can see Nani and Prem in a very different characters you're used to.
Diva Deva Mata: Again slapstick comedy, it's not a BL but the main leads are queer (transgender women). Like in "not my father!" everyone is crazy here and when I say everyone, I mean it. It's like "Mean girls" but in a queer version. Very funny too.
If you want boy meets cute boy try the first one, if you want over the top characters, try the other two.
Glad Jinn pushed Jerome away, it was so soon and considering the big reveal at the end of the episode it's clear why Jinn reacted so strongly to being kissed.
Jerome is losing his shit seeing Jinn hurt or worse, dead. One thing is teasing "your enemy" and another going to his funeral. So him lashing out at Jinn is hurtful to see but understable, glad he apologized after.
The moment Jerome was going through Jinn's drawers to find the diary I was saying "Dude, don't do that, you have no right" but then I understood why Jerome was being "selfish" and desperate, he had to know if visions were real because in two of them, Jinn ended up dying in a car crash.
Jinn being in love all this time changes things a lot and gives the series a completely new perspective. Imagine thje poor guy trying to move on having dates with another boys but then, the man he loves prevents him from doing it, DATING THE SAME GUY. Glad Beam told Jerome that that behaviour was just dirty and he apologized.
Jerome you have been an ass all this time. You'll have to kneel and apologize a lot of times to the poor Jinn.
I thought this series would be all fun and smiles but it seems something dark is looming. Are the visions just visions or Jerome has been travelling back in time to avoid the tragedy?
The president of the contest hating everybody and making all the contestants and staff suffer is everything, glad the girls are going to beat the shit of him in the next episode for being a bastard and to steal the crown π€£π€£π€£.
I swear that I think i'm having a crush for Fluke, when Nevia appeared in the contest with the brown long hair wig, I thought my heart beat faster πππ
Glad the girls reconciled and recognized that they were treating Kat as a shit.
I need to see the bloopers or behind the cameras of this show, It's impossible that they could be serious after all these antics (especially Neo performing a possesed Katrina) πππ
Oh God, I'm loving this series too much for my health.
I know they will fall for each other and I'm here for it but I hope that even if they have these little precious moments they are at each other's throat for at least two more episodes, these fights are to entertaining to lose them so soon. Jerome is the king of trolls and Jinn's comebacks are epic.
I love the dreamworld too, Jinn is so soft spoken there and Jerome seems so happy and serene. I wonder if we will be given some explanations about why Jerome has visions about the future.
I liked that wearing his expensive clothes and playing the piano gave Wave back some of his confidence. I wonder why the guy at the hotel didn't tell Wave he was with another person, don't know if he is Victor's accomplice or just an opportunist and a petty thief.
I really like how Lava is a very flawed character, playing with Wave's emotions but at the same time telling his uncle to stand up for his relationship.
By the way Lava saying the kiss was just "nothing" is fake as fuck, he seemed so impressed when he saw Wave playing the piano and the cute scene when he sits behind Wave to play the "rock version" you see him smiling and haing so much fun and of course Wave loved it too.
I'm glad the big mystery about Wave's past is slowly progressing but the actions and feelings of the characters are not slow at all.
Probably in the next episode Lava will fuck it again saying something very inappropiate and it will take some effort to recognise he feels something for Wave.
I never thought GMMTV would be so blunt, first doing Wave have a look at Lava's ass crack and then Wave about to sniff Lava's used underwear. By the way, pretty sure it's the first time GMMTV dares to show an actor's ass (even if it's just his butt crack). They're not BOC, but they are on the right track π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅
At he middle of the episode I was thinking, "Lava is so confident and cool that if he wanted, he could have the little prince Wave in his bed" and voilΓ‘, that ending kissing him and having WaveΒ΄s hand in his waist.
I'm glad Winny and Satang are giving it all for this series. I liked them a lot in "My School president" and they're not disappointing here
By the way i'm very glad Gawin will be a journalist and Joss a boxer. Nothing against college characters but I wanted to see them in adult roles.
"That day I was deeply hurt and the first thing you tell me it's how i'm going to take responsability?" YES MY BOY, TELL THEM.
