I will always fall for a ML who protects a dog like it’s his own child. Love the relationship between him and the general manager. Wish they had a buddy cop show where I could watch their shenanigans every week.
Yoon Baek striking out during blind dates is hilarious. I can’t count the amount of cameos he’s done with this situation.
FL is still a little annoying to me, but still interested in her journey. She gets flustered when someone talks about her parents’ financials but didn’t have a problem last week talking about salaries and bonuses.
Another amazing episode. From the incredible way that episode 15 started (no wonder Keum Bo is so good at defending herself) to Nora being her awesome self, this episode flew by. I really felt for Nora with all that trauma she went through as a child to realizing that her dad will never put her first. The Pirates are always one step ahead of the villains, continuing to add helpers along the way. Can’t wait for tomorrow, but will be sad to see this show go. I don’t even miss the romance aspect because it’s THAT good.
MDL is really useless sometimes since it's filled with these crazy no-life fans and haters who both give fake…
I thought it got better after episode 4, but if you don’t like it at all then it makes sense that you gave up. There are so many shows out there right now that it’s sensory overload!
I enjoyed watching a romcom that was actually romcomming throughout the entire show. It had the perfect balance of romance, humor, splashed in with some heartache that surprisingly made me cry. I liked that the AI boyfriends led to character growth with the FL, and it didn’t feel rushed or forced.
I was waiting for more SIG scenes, so very happy to see more of him in the last 5 episodes. I thought him and Jisoo had terrific chemistry, and the last 4 episodes were peak romcom which is what I’ve been missing in other shows that suddenly veered into k trauma territory. There was no hammy villain, childhood trope, dumb triangle, prolonged misunderstanding, or toxic characters that tend to derail other shows. I was in the mood for a cute and light show, and this definitely fit the bill.
On episode 7 and it’s peak romcom goodness. So cute and so many butterflies I’m feeling! It’s so refreshing to watch a show that doesn’t involve any k trauma tropes such as dead parents, evil exes and family members, and stalkers.
You are tracking dog actors? 😄I wonder what the dogs from Heavenly ever after are doing now? Or My man is cupid?
Haha no I just recognized the golden retriever since he was so cute in my Lovely Journey, though I would love all the cute dogs in prior dramas to be in one together.
Loving this so far. Been looking for a fun and light show to binge after just finishing Work Later, Drink Now and Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale. The last few Netflix drops have been too serious and haven’t been in the mood for them. So far this one has not disappointed.
So much eye candy and thirsting so far that it’s hard to pay attention to the storyline at times. I also don’t understand all the Jisoo hate because she’s doing a pretty good job at acting in this.
The golden retriever from My Lovely Journey! Love him so much and wish he was in all the dramas since he’s so freaking cute. Matches the same puppy energy of Chae Jong Hyeop since he always plays such adorable green flag characters.
Loving this show so far. It’s slice of life and healing, and am enjoying the sisters and grandmother as well. It’s nice to see a grandmother not being a jerk for once in k dramas. I hope there’s no stupid triangle, and that the leads continue to be nice to each other.
I thought this episode was finally getting the show back on track, with focusing on ML (finally) since he got a bulk of the scenes. How he found out about his brother was well done and so heartbreaking. His scenes with Woo Joo continue to be the highlight of this show- they are so comfortable together.
Then it started veering into SML world, where he got to save the damsel, feed her candy, and then showing up at the end. I never really hated him until his convo with Tae Hyung, blaming him for his father’s behavior. That made me so angry because it was his ridiculous “girlfriend” that forced him into having a relationship with his father, and even she admitted to her friend that she was wrong. I’m also mad at her for looking for Tae Hyung at the recital when she didn’t even invite him to it. Pick a freaking lane!
