What is the son’s problem? Guy has never even lived with his father yet and is being a grade A douche to his girlfriend for no reason. Why can’t they just depict teens as normal people instead of every single k drama kid as an emo jerk? Besides this nonsense, what a great watch!
The crew were giving me so much anxiety this episode. They are usually pretty careful, but all of them were making mistakes when they were investigating and tailing the villains. Wonder how they are going to get out of this mess- at least they finally found their match since these guys are pretty smart. Hope they get brought down tomorrow, since preying on people that are already down on their luck is disgustingly low.
Choi Hee Jin is such a fantastic actress that I wish she’s the lead in a future drama. Poor girl is always playing the second lead that gets her heart broken (she was the best part of Impossible Heir). Curious how they broke up, since it seems like Ra Ik sacrificed a lot for her.
I was definitely cringing at Se Na’s fangirl depression when she thought her idol was dating someone, but it seems realistic. At least she realized how much he was hurting during that situation and sees him as an actual person than her idol. Wondering how he will react once he finds out what a big fan she is. I bet this will be the usual breakup trope once they are together, because he will think she just stayed close to him because she’s a fangirl. We all know it’s coming.
The mystery is still intriguing, and there are so many people that can be the killer. I was hoping that the prosecutor would be a gray character and have some recourse to bring a bully, but it seems like he hasn’t changed. What a disappointment, along with the obvious secondary ML having a crush on his childhood friend. Poor Chung Jae!
For once the noble idiocy made sense with the current situation Hyeon Jun was in. I don’t like how his contracts were cancelled prior to the actual truth coming out, but it’s on par with SK cancel culture which is absolutely toxic. Wish we saw more of the downfall of the Chairman because after all that buildup there was barely anything.
I loved the scene of HJ’s mom thanking him, and that she embraced Jeong Sin pretty quickly by seeing how genuine she was.
I still feel cheated out of the lack of secondary couple scenes. No follow up to the son conversation until the end. What a waste of talented actors, and wish they were the leads in a future drama because they had great chemistry.
Lost track of how many times I got teary eyed this episode. It seemed like Ra Ik only had Wooseong by his side, but now he’s gone and he’s all alone. His mom and CEO exploited him for monetary benefit, and the other two bandmates thinks he’s a murderer. Poor guy.
Episodes fly by so fast that I wish this was one of those dramas that dropped all the episodes at once. The storyline is so intriguing and the actors are nailing it! Excited for tomorrow.
8 episodes left so let’s throw in a recycled transplant storyline just for the sake of it. Half the episodes are filled with flashbacks of the same stupid conversations over again. And don’t get me started on the villain talking to herself all the time. She’s such a waste of space and needs to get her karma now! Tired of her constantly threatening people with zero repercussions.
Just saw Su Bin’s actress play the villain in Cashero, and now she’s back to playing such a sweet character. I wish she would be a brat to her parents instead of always looking so sad.
Elijah’s family is absolute trash. And what sort of ridiculous law is there that you can’t sue your family if they stole money from you? So upset for her. I can’t believe that was an actual law in SK.
Dr Oh also falls in the absolute trash bucket. Hate his dumb face so much along with the corrupt lawyer. Can’t you sue for defamation with that false press conference?
Another great episode. This show has continued to maintain its quality every week without backing down. So glad it highlighted the toxic online culture that celebrities deal with on a daily basis, and tomorrow will highlight another ugly side to fame. Can’t wait!
