Fu and Nangong deserved a special cup of TEA for their evilness.

I applauded when Nangon lost his ⚾️ and when KYJ was killed.

I cannot believe they let NGF walk away.

What is confusing about Nangong Fang is his age. He doesn't look more than 35, Fifteen years prior, he might be 20. Why was he able to mastermind the massacre of the Luo Village? Didn't Yun Xiang and others deduce that the crime had to have upper level connections, to execute same? I was expecting Prince Fu to be involved in the conspiracy.

It turned into a war on paper. 😁😁😁

Did you mean Su Mingyu? Tang Xiao was the creepy casino owner.

She was very pretty, and serene, like an empress.

It was stated that NGF did it, but it didn't connect the crime to his boss, Fu. I guess the writer did not want to incriminate the royal family with the massacre.

There are loose ends, but I would have a hard time sitting through another four episdoes. The Pirate and Nangong Fan alliance looks boring.

If they had trimmed LLTG down to 36 hours, it might have achieved high quality great drama rating. Unfortunately, viewers have a short attention span, and even 36 hours is a burden.

The acting is usually very good in C-dramas. They get bogged down with the music, editing and filler and flashback....this also applies to K-dramas, btw.

A pity that NGF escaped. He should have been killed by Su Yanan.

Nangong Guan escaped...WTF!

Too much tea and talk between Yun Xiang and Prince FU. Was Fu executed, or sent into exile?

Another deflating drama finale, with a few hightlights:

1) Jin Biao returns, as I suspected earlier. Su Yanan did save his life.🌟🌟🌟

2) Yun Xiang and Lord Liu become the dynamic duo. Empress should have given them a title...like "Chief". 🌟🌟🌟

3) Yun Xiang, unseen, reunites with Su Yanan. Yet, another flat one minute end scene! She should be relieved it was not Nangong Fan tapping her shoulder. 🤣🤣🤣

4) Master Qian Rong makes a grand entrance.🌟🌟🌟 Sister Su did not die from her tubercolosis.

Loop holes in the plot...

I am on ep 35 now. I can't take Prince Fu with his silly hat, seriously. The hat must be glued on his big head. Nangong lost his ⚾️. 👏👏👏👏

🤣🤣🤣 I could swear he said he was in his 70s. This is episode 33 or 34. I will check again.

Prince Fu said he was in this 70s. His royal reign might last five years at best. Princess must be 20. Fu took long to have children. Is she an only child? He should have plotted the overthrow when he was 50, and plotted for a male heir to inherit his throne.
