I would pick Minister Shen, but he is too short for the role of Masked Man. He acts so extreme, that no one would suspect him. He does "unhinged" well.🤣🤣🤣

Shen Wu, Lu Ke, Ning Fei are the most high strung characters. They must be on a caffeine diet. Shen Wu is literally bouncing off the walls. Lu Ke is a compulsive talker and gossiper. His buddy should slap him, to shut him up. Ning Fei is another hotheaded compulsive talker. Funny that Lu Ke is on Sui Ge's team and Ning Fei is on Xia Jing Shi's team.

Shen, Lu and Ning provide comic relief in the serious drama plot. Lu and Ning should be Shen's sons. LOL The doctor likes Ning Fei, I don't think he will be around at the end. Actor Li Yu (... Shen Wu, Ministry of Rites chief minister) is one of the most versatile character actors. He stands out in all his dramas.

Haoming's teacher was Yuming, He never had a girlfriend, but was suddenly the love advisor. Hilarious!

The Fang family will try to cover up the scandal.

Is Fang Lei conspiring with Lawyer to reveal that Haochen is Haoming's son? That would upset Mr Shen and the directors board.

This new development is so predictable. The villain might be Fang Lei, Steve or Sister Jiang. I don't know why Sister hates Xu Yan. Was she in love with Haoming at one time?

You could glimpse his good side when he was not confrontational with Qiao Lan or Yu Yu Ming. At the start, I was curious why he was ranked #5 among the fifty-plus actors in drama. This career move might be the justification. To some degree, Guan Zi Jing has the widest acting range in the cast.

Yan Studio needs Wang De Fu to visit and straighten out the supplier. Demanding money that is not due them. Really? Even Yan CFO Zhang was doing creative accounting. Where did Xu Yan find him?

SMH's behavioral changes are what the writer and director consider "character development". He is still annoying since day 1, but now he is showing the viewers that he has a sense of humor. It only makes him look superficial.

I used to buy the Tencent YouTube monthly membership about five years ago when they were posting new dramas. Then, they went to the WETV app subscription, and I stopped watching the YT channel.

I was surprised about the ethnic fashion business plan. Yao Yao is designing and stitching clothes. Guan Guan is modeling them in live streams. Qiao Lin is the makeup and hair stylist, and office manager? They have a luxury office, and each of them has an office. Are they selling clothing on line? Yao has to make-to-order the clothes, and needs the measurements. It could be more interesting if they became costume designers for drama production companies.

It was so superficial, I had to fast forward the two episodes. I didn't understand why she is playing along. She is so serious about her new business.
