Rewatching this phenomenal 10 star classic drama it made me realize just how far Korean entertainment has fallen 😢. Its unfortunate they sold their industry & culture to Hollywood. I really crave the high quality screen writers, actors, cinematographers South Korean sageuks used to showcase their gorgeous land and variety of cultures, before the plastic surgeries, filters, & whitening craze. Their dramas was filled with Authentic Korean beauty, art, dance, food, music. I will always be grateful for being introduced to Arirang Korean entertainment before the "hallyu wave". They dont make dramas like this anymore. So grateful for the elite sageuks QSD, JUMONG, Dae Jang Geum, Six Flying Dragons, Empress Ki, illjimae, Dong Yi, Hwang Jin Yi, Deep Rooted Tree, The Princess Man etc.

This is an amazing list, currently watching, my favorites are Thriving land, Female General, Sword Rose Detective, trying to make time for wanted detective my mom absolutely loved it she said, she's also enjoing Yang Yangs new show.

Looking at this cast this drama feels rich.

Just finished episode 16, im so excited for the rest of the episodes, im also scared if i catch up too soon today and obsess over spoilers... I will try and hold out until Friday to binge 17-25 this weekend. wish me luck! 😫🙄

I refuse to argue with those people leaving negative comments under my POSITIVE comments, babe you either Love it or Hate it, if its not your cup of tea, simply leave. I refuse to engage with nonsense, this will be the first and last time I address the "Negative Karen's" all of you leaving these multiple negative comments trying to convince people to hate a drama I am genuinely enjoying. Makes me think you're one of the "SHENLi's" 100's of her hate accounts. Good luck with that, off to watch the rest of episodes 13-17 🌹

Someone so young trained to be a warrior, been in war all of her life seeing so much blood shed, death, burried under a pile of corpses, betrayed by her closest family with ptsd and she still can find the beauty of life. I feel in love with FL character when she was injured in that ditch, pulled that dead weight heavy Wolf closer to her to keep her warm, as she gazed at the moon and started quoting poetry. I bursted in laughter and embarrassment for her realizing ML witnessed that. Some people look at FL as "weird", but i like her idiosyncrasies.

All of this is awesome, I'm so proud of this young lady He Yan can live her life protecting her country with someone she respects (it seems like she had a crush on ML for a long time and she can finally live like a woman in front of him). I feel that her making sure the Martyr General (MLs Dad) Innocence and heroism is a priority over vengeance of her no good Dad & Bro. Sorry for rambling but, I love this drama so far these first 12 eps were so strong, I'm excited for the rest!

For the first 12 episodes debut. This was a lot better than I expected after reading some of those disheartening comments here on MDL. My opinion, so far, this was great acting on screen chemistry between cast, fight scenes, beautiful scenery, cinematography, cgi, story telling all of it was great for me. I can't wait for the rest of the show, I really hope we continue at this great pace with the characters, and storylines will continue to develop greater heights.

Absolutely, I just wanted her/him to know they are all like this. Even hollywood, korean, other international celebs go through this because of the shady corrupted practices the stem from government. Some people dont realize how interconnected these Entertainment Conglomerates are with Government. Everything is unfortunately political.

All Governments are brutal shady and corrupted.

Looks excellent with a top notch cast. I really hope its not ruined with propaganda on behalf of that false "nation" currently occupying the USA.

These corrupted companies are the same way in Hollywood, South Korea Entertainment, Bollywood, etc. I will always ride for the Artist first over The toxic Industry. Unless its an Epstein connected artist like Kris Wu, Drake, Diddy, Burning Sun, or Kim Soo Hyun. 🤢🤮
