Wrong. I read the novel. Gatuo is pathetic.Simple. And a loser at this point. He has practically done nothing…
I know we’re talking about a fictional character, and I respect your opinion, of course, everyone has the right to their own. But honestly, what you said is just hurtful. I think you’ve simply never been in a situation with no way out, and I truly hope you never will be.
I won’t lie, I’m here because of Gao Tu. I feel this kind of maternal affection for him. We have a lot in common. I was once in a very difficult situation, and not everyone can understand that pain, fear, and suffering.
Changing the subject, honestly, aside from the Oscar-worthy performance of Hua Yong, it would be a big problem for me if someone didn’t love me for who I really am, but instead fell in love with the character I’m playing. But apparently, he doesn’t mind.
My biggest problem with this drama is that they really should release two episodes per week. Sixteen weeks is a long time, and people tend to lose interest quickly.
Another cash grab after Pit Babe 2. Maybe it’s time for the main actors to try something different. I’m not sure if, after this series, I can say they actually have any talent, or if they’ve simply turned into walking billboards who no longer care about quality. Not to mention the way the female characters are being “used”.
Let’s assume that Gao To is really a beta and not pretending. In this universe, is an Alpha–Beta couple prohibited? Are they not allowed to be together, or how does it work? Because if they’re not prohibited, then why doesn’t Wen Lang just let it go and tell Gao To that he loves him? It doesn’t make sense.
The concept of letting the biggest enemy of your best friend sleep over at your place is something so outstanding…
But he himself said he was doing it for a friend, so that the newcomer wouldn’t ruin everything. It’s logical that it’s easier to keep an eye on someone when you have them in plain sight. I don’t see what your problem is. After all, the doctor didn’t know that Wei had seen the kiss, and by then the other guy had already managed to ruin everything.
You seem to be sharing my opinion. Everybody here is having the opinion that Shen is the big bad wolf, honestly…
And what choice did he really have? Be real. If you’ve never been in a situation where you have no way out but still have to keep going because you feel a deep sense of responsibility toward others, then you’ll never truly understand. It’s not hard to see why he acts the way he does. I know he’s a fictional character, but a little empathy wouldn’t hurt.
Back then, I didn’t have such strong maternal feelings toward any character the way I do now with Gao Tu. Every time I see him, I get this feeling in my heart, like I just want to wrap a blanket around his shoulders, give him a big hug, and tell him everything’s going to be okay🥹
I can’t believe someone actually raised funds to produce this “masterpiece.” It’s honestly terrible. Was it really that hard to stick to the book? The book was excellent! In this episode especially, the acting felt like it came straight out of a soap opera. The best part is that they expected it to be a huge hit, but literally every other show airing right now is better than this. It’s almost funny. Maybe it’s finally time to drop the main pairing, too much of anything is never good. The only thing that looks nice are the costumes, kind of like Louis XVI right before he lost his head. This and PitBabe 2 are my biggest disappointments of the season.
I don’t understand why some of you are so angry at the producers and actors. It’s exactly this kind of pointless ranting that caused things to turn out the way they did. You should’ve just kept quiet. All you ever do is complain. And the biggest ‘tragedy’ is that some scenes got cut? Seriously? That’s your biggest problem? This is all on you. Get a grip, people.
Who was in your opinion the best character ? So far i actually like most of it not all though. The dialogue should…
I used to like Alan, he held the whole team together and was the only one who could manage everyone. Now they’ve turned him into a complete idiot. That whole thing with Babe blaming Charlie is a total mess too first he’s angry at him, then he’s crying over him… wow. The best character now is Kim the only one who seems to have at least one functioning brain cell, though of course he’s not perfect either.
My biggest problem is that they had so much potential for a second season they really could’ve given us something amazing.
I think I might be a total masochist, but I really want to like this season and I just can’t. It’s a complete disaster. They ruined the best character, and everyone is acting like someone rewrote their entire personality. The script is awful. Honestly, ChatGPT could have written a better one. I’m pissed.
I can’t with people who complain about NC scenes, are you some kind of perverts or what? If you don’t like it, go watch porn or something. It’s just embarrassing. These kinds of scenes aren’t even necessary. I skipped it because I’m here for the plot 😅
