hmm dont know how to feel about this drama, it was one of the most anticipated dramas of 2021 for me after announcing…
Now we come to the drama what was mostly disappointing for me is the fact that there were no character development!Lets begin with the leads Jung hae In already started as a nice guy yet a spy be he was not cunning from the very beginning so until the end it was expected how he will act and there were no changes in his character ( The choice of him protecting the hostages is not considered as one as he was not planning on harming them from the beginning) The FL was a naïve and well a helpless romantic from the very beginning and remained so through out, I give it to her she was strong but still naïve, the last episode with her rushing towards him every time was really stupid I get it was for the romantic and dramatic effect or whatever but nonetheless the whole time I was thinking stop staring at each other and run for God's sake lol. Kim Boon Ok had zero character development the character didn't change till the very end ( the change in the last 15 minutes is not considered character development in my opinion) The only 2 characters that I found to be well are Kang Ha Na as she was a badass woman with character development of her changing sides and being smart and all! the 2nd is Kang Cheong ya BUT it was still odd how fast she changed sides, I mean you met the guy 17 years ago? for one day ? and that was it an eternal love? sorry but i was not convinced by her love towards the ML I just didnt feel it. and that was it really the rest of the characters were the same which was sad I certainly expected more from the drama, would I recommend it to people ? Im not so sure cause the truth is the drama left no impact on me, the ML did great in the final scenes yes I was sad but I didn't shed tears as I didnt feel attached to the characters for some reason

I mean it was no money heist where there was alot of action and things going on but rather it was a slow drama with not much happening with 16 episodes of 1 hour and a half each thats like 8 hours extra running time? if they only made it shorter it would have been better
this drama certainly should have been shorter, at this point they should just end the murder thing and let them deal with their remaining time instead =/
Ok seriously they need to remove that chief police woman or whoever she is, such an annoying character she only screams and doesnt know how to act ughh gets on my nerves!!
this is really good, the leads did great esp the FL and 2ML
It was very sad though, how slowly the story unfolded, from the student Yazuko that reflected her life .. that one chose to live and one chose to die ( I kind of felt that during that rehearsal scene in the beginning as she seemed to be scared of her friend's approach!)
I really liked the second ML, just wish they didnt ruin his character after they got into a relationship
Ok so I know this may seem like i can't read the scene but can someone tell me why the words of the no ah artist…
Because basically this is exactly how he viewed his life, being empty.. but he was always scared of facing that and it was the first time that someone faced him with the truth and described his life the way he felt about it
