This has to be one of the very few Cdramas where the female characters are not obnoxious. Strong-willed, smart,…
Shadow love. Fl is the most amazing character. Strong not brash and very sweet. Love her.

I started watching this after I finished "Fated Hearts" which was a completely different vibe and very…
But she's just being fake. She's acting being clingy to suit her purpose.

Just started this in hopes of moving on from Shadow love. That couple is so beautiful. Anyway, I wasn't sure about this, but I've found a character I like-the grand princess/ martial artist with back pain. She's a hoot. Back to it.

Not unpopular with me. The writing let the drama down. Fl became this self righteous superior social justice warrior…
Agree 100% I can quite see that even though she looks like a bit of wind will blow her into oblivion, she's got great leadership skills. Fierce but not brash; brave but not impulsive; firm and decisive, but not rude and ungrateful-which is how Chinese script writers depict 'strong women'; feminine and strong where it counts. I love her character so much! This is where the writing in LOFG let the drama down, when she became this lecturing know it all; though it's the same in the source material. I like your thought process. We should be mdl friends.

I really enjoyed this beauty overall. The fl is the most naturally beautiful Korean actress I've ever seen and a wonderful actress to boot. Initially, the drama frustrated me. Then I realised that I was watching a historical drama with a modern mindset; I fixed that and it became awesome afterward. I'm still sad about her cooking mentor, but that's life isn't it and this drama is very realistic. I realised that the king is the same king, in Queen for seven days, when he told her his story during their morning walk. The romance is so beautiful; it reminds me of old Bollywood films I enjoy. Her shyness; his courtliness; even after they had a daughter. The food, the traditions, the glimpses of everyday life in ancient Joseon. I'm truly grateful for the experience.

Unpopular opinion: Shadow Love is far superior in terms of screenplay and acting than Legend of the Female General.…
Not unpopular with me. The writing let the drama down. Fl became this self righteous superior social justice warrior preaching at everyone, like wth? Lol! Also, her acting needs a bit more work, especially for emotional scenes. She does funny well though. Though both female generals in LOTFG and SL are not believable as generals, but I'm fine with the fantasy.

I'm just back here to say that I rewatch Annan Wang's scenes weekly. His little screentime didn't bring him justice.…
I haven't moved on either. I watch their scenes daily-as Annan Wang as Ji'an. the way he looks at her; the way he talks to her-his voice literally becomes so soft, indulgent; the way he touches her; beheads people for her LOL!!! The way she came with an army of 50,000 to rescue him, I love their chemistry and intimacy.

From euphoria to angst. Girl, just tell him already; trust him as he's trusting you!!! Though I totally understand where fl's coming from. Oh dear! Ok, back to it.

Like actuallyyyyyyAnd I don't know if your comment is praising LITC or questioning the hype but I'm just gonna…
I love Bailu too. But MM and Feud were not it for me. Her characters in both were not relatable or likeable, so I had to drop her dramas for the first time in my cdrama viewing history as she's my favourite actress and I watch whatever she's in.

The first drama I saw of Neo's was "Back from the Brink," so going from that drama to this one I was like…
Is back from the brink as good?

Wait what? Say my name???? LOL!!!! I'm blushing so hard, I don't know if its excitement or second hand embarrassment, or both. Lol!! They may not be able to replace my Shadow Love couple, but they're quite likeable.

So he didn't bully his once upon classmates in Korea but those in new Zealand. I think there's more to this story…
My dear, I'm African as well. A boy was bullied to death at a private school here in my country. There was no justice for him, because the people involved have powerful parents and the school and authorities colluded with them. His Mom died this year-which is about 3 years after the sad incident-with justice still not served. There are many other cases as well. Bullying happens everywhere, which is why I have no pity for bullies and hope justice prevails to serve as a deterrent. However, we must be careful that innocent people aren't wrongly accused as well. Cheers!
