Extremely cute and warm rom-com with no break-ups and complications
Her private life is a perfect rom-com that focuses on healthy relationship between the leads. A lot of people have mentioned how it gets boring in the second half, which is precisely because it focuses on the main leads developing their relationship in a realistic and healthy manner, without much conflicts. And that is what I loved about it!Personally, I felt it was a perfect balance of romance, drama and comedy. The chemistry between the leads is absolutely amazing, and their love is soo cute. I was smiling and grinning throughout their scenes! I was just disappointed over one trope that they introduced at the end, which was absolutely unnecessary and did not add any substance to the plot. Yet it turned out sweet in the end soo I'm not that mad (also some great warm dialogues between the families because of it which I liked.)
Overall, I really enjoyed this drama. So if you are looking for a rom-com with no breakups, no misunderstandings, mature relationship and light hearted plot, then this is the one for you! I'm sure this drama will put you into a good mood for the rest of your day. :)

An epic kdrama unlike any other! Mix of comedy, courtroom drama, suspense and excitement!
To start off, Vincenzo was definitely not what I'd expected it to be. When u google 'Vincenzo', the first thing that comes up is 'Dark Comedy' as its genre. Let me be very clear; Vincenzo is not dark comedy. While dark comedy would mean subtle hints of comedy within a serious plot (more like Breaking bad or Suits), Vincenzo is more like Comedy + Dark / serious plot, which means sometimes you will find extremely serious plot, while other times it will be very comedic in nature. It is a clear mix of both genres, and sometimes you might also find other genres like tragedy, suspence, romance etc. Also, it is nothing like the Godfather (if you are expecting it after reading the word mafia), it is more of a courtroom drama in my opinion (barring a few episodes). However, that does not change the fact that it's ABSOLUTELY ENTERTAINING!!
I will agree to what most reviews state that this is unlike any other kdrama out there. From its cinematography, to the actors and the music (OMG THE MUSIC!) everything is phenomenal. Ofcourse it does have the usual tropes, but it doesn't drag on it too much, and most of it gets a satisfactory end. And it definitely has some jaw dropping moments that will take you by surprise and leave u gasping!
My only disappointment was the main villain's role.(DISCLAIMER: LIGHT SPOILERS)
When it started off, I was absolutely in love with how the villan was being plotted out; from the grand reveal, to his background story.. everything seemed perfect to the point that I was convinced he would be my favourite villan of all time! However, sadly it didn't live upto my expectations in the later episodes. I was expecting a very strong villan, who wasn't just a psychopath, but a mastermind too. However, he eventually lost that luster. There were no more mind games or exciting moves from his side, it was just Vincenzo stealing the spotlight.
Apart from that however, Vincenzo is an absolute treat. The acting is amazing, the drama is intense and the comedy although silly, will give you a good laugh. For anyone who is looking out for a good quality drama, and doesn't mind a mix of all genres, Vincenzo is highly recommended!
P.S. : First 3 episodes are very slow, but don't drop it there. Wait till the end of episode 4 and trust me, you will keep watching! ;)

Sweet fluffy romcom
I initially picked this kdrama for the fluffy romance part that I'd read about. A lot of people had mentioned how the story is not unique and that it follows the typical romcom kdrama. However, I personally really liked both the fluff and the story!Yes, it does follow the same mean-boss-and-underappreciated-secretary story, but it's built in a really cute and intresting manner (has a twist to). The story flows easily and it has a good balance of comedy, romance and suspense. There is a bit of deceiving from the FL's side, but it wasn't very far fetched and gets resolved in a smooth manner, which I liked. And they compensate for it very well in the last 2 episodes with lots of fluff that will keep you smiling and grinning at the cute couple. The comedy portion was also very satisfying, especially all of Veronica Park moments (have to say she was my favourite, I laughed a lot at all her parts!)
All in all I really enjoyed the entire kdrama, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a light watch to pass their time.

Sweet coming of age drama with the cutest romance
Weightlifting fairy Kim Bok Joo is a perfect coming of age drama. It looks into the thought process of youngsters; what motivates them and also their insecurities in that stage of life. The drama touches not just on subjects of career and romance, but also on friendship and family in a healthy manner. I especially loved how it included whole hearted conversations between the ML and his brother, which is very rare to find.I found the FL a bit immature for her age, I wanted to see more of her passion towards her career, but it eneded up being more about her conquering her personal insecurities of beauty. The ML on the other hand is an absolute sweetheart from all aspects, and kudos to him for sticking around with the FL for soo long! XD
The romance is by far the cutest I have seen in any kdrama. Although it was a slow burn, it compensates for it in the last 4 episodes which is full of fluff! Absolutely the cutest! Also, since the romance is based out of pure friendship ( and not infatuation), it makes the couple all the more loveable.
Overall, it is a great watch especially for young adults who are going through this stage of life, where they are figuring out themselves and have great aspirations in life. They would find it the most relatable; but for the romance would 10/10 recommend it to everyone!
