Yes I agree if I was the wife i would not want to be kept alive. It's just meaningless to live like that for nearly 2 decades. Like I say earlier I can sympathize and empathize with both of them.

So if you were in the wife's position being in a vegetative state, you would expect your husband to abstain from sex until you die which can be decades? It would be different if the wife is able to be a wife. He can't even have a conversation/communicate with her. I sympathize with both of them but me personally, if I'm not able to be a wife to my husband and he has been taking care of all my basic needs for over a decade, I won't be oppose to him getting his needs met. Of course, don't let me find out which is not hard to do. He shouldn't bring the girl to our home.

Ok maybe that's just me. My FIL had a stroke and was bedridden for 6 mths before he passed. He was on waitlist for long term care so my MIL had to care of him for the 6 mths and it has taken such a toll on her. He has bedsore and such. It was not pleasant. I can't imagine taking care of someone for over a decade. I guess that's why I told my husband if either of us gets to the stage where we couldn't take care of ourselves and had to be helped in eating, pooing and peeing, we'll not burden the other to take care of each other. The coach is still in his 30s and is human. I can totally understand his need for a little happiness. I guess everyone think differently based on their life experiences to sympathize and empathize.

Yes there are care centres but these places can be expensive and unless he's loaded, staying long term care might not be an option. With how narrow minded people are, I don't think anyone would understand if he cheats. Even the wife didn't. She still give him murdering looks and he has been taking care of her for over 10 years!! That's still count for something. If I was in the wife situation, I would be glad my husband found a bit of happiness since I wouldn't be able to provide any of that for him and he has taken good care of me for over a decade. But that's just me. It's wrong that she's a student and he's a coach but she's not a minor and they are both consenting adults.

I actually feel bad for the coach. It's not easy taking care of someone in a vegetative state, and for 10 years! You have to clean their pee and poo too. It's different from a newborn and I know there's an end date for the new born. If I was in the wife situation, I would just kill myself instead of burdening my husband like that for the rest of his life. If he wanted to find a little bit of happiness or sex, I don't really blame him.

I haven't reached there yet but it's not uncommon for the father to have custody of the kids in Asia countries especially if it is a son. I know of a few families in China where it's preferrable the kid goes with the dad after divorce since it would make it easier for the mom to remarry. They are still kind of old school, and some men will mind raising a kid with another surname.

The FL's emotions and actions are really questionable, and I can't connect with her. She's too brave that it just makes her actions seem dumb, like walking in dark alleys by herself and trying to handle everything on her own. Maybe the script is just not that great because even her outburst and crying did nothing for me, and the other person only says 'it's not your fault' to comfort her.

Also if he was around the FL for the past 8 years, why did he never chase her or confess to her? So he's making a move now that the ML is in the picture again. What a dumbass. It makes me think he didn't really like the FL but only going after her to spite the ML.

I read the comments earlier about the ML being a stalker to the FL and that prevented me from watching for a few days. I think some commenters exaggerated everything or they were just nitpicking at everything. He was clearly following her to protect her after what she has experienced and she knew it and appreciate him being there for her. I think if you don't like the drama, everything they do you'll see it in a negative light.

Exactly. I think they also brought in a younger guy for JiaJia's mom on ep 14. Seriously! they do not need another love line when it is a triangle already and they are just supporting characters of supporting characters.
