Chen Du Ling played alot of guest/support roles and I think it's paying off. Now she's getting main roles in top tier dramas. I think it's good to get her name out there so people will know who she is.

It's so good! This is the only drama I'm chasing at the moment. I started LMKM but I couldn't really get into it.

The best I can hope is end of episode 39 and beginning of 40. Better not be last 5 mins or else I'm taking off 0.5 lol

There were actually some nice kisses in AYTO, hence my disappointment with that lame peck on the wedding night. I was like, 'that's it!??'

I don't have much expectation here, so probably won't be disappointed even if there is no wedding night kiss here.

According to the calendar, the wedding should be on episode 39. So glad it's not on the last 5 -10 minutes of the last episode where they cramp in the wedding and baby. Hope the wedding night is better than AYTO. I was pretty disappointed with that one.

I won't even call this a love triangle. SML has no chance at all in the present. She has moved on and put the past behind her. She has not done anything to encourage him or give him any hope that she has lingering feelings for him.

I don't think you should watch. Nearly 2/3 of the drama they are known as 'siblings' and treated each other as such.

She didn't know about his talk with LJX. Her relationship with her father is still fairly new and she might not be comfortable talking to him about such a personal matter yet. You know, how she even tried to hide her injury from LSY and thy are so much closer. She has her reasons and also I think she's the type who will try to resolve the issue herself. Probably last resort, she will go to her father for help.

Maybe for the same reason she didn't tell the Lou's. She's ashamed of her past with him. She even stopped LJX from talking about them knowing each other before in front of her father.

So LSY being the top scholar and in official position doesn't help elevate the family? or they are seen as different entities even within the same Lou family?

I think RON is actually doing better than AYTO but yeah everyone has different preferences. I also thought the reveal was a bit late but actually I was surprised at how well and natural they have integrated the romance after the big reveal. I'm happy with the way the story is heading.

ugh I was hoping that they won't add that in the drama. I heard in the novel, he kidnapped her and made her stay with him for a year! Don't give us more reasons to hate him.

You must have loved the novel LJX because I see no redeeming quality in the drama and I hope he dies a painful death.
