I've seen this on Netflix for a few years but the storyline didn't interest me. Usually unrequited love is so cringe, the FL will try to get the ML's attention by doing all sort of cringy stuff like Everybody loves me. This is actually refreshing. I like the FL's personality and she is savage in her comebacks even to the ML, and she's smart as well. I was running out of dramas to watch so decided to give it a try. I'm on episode 6 and I liking it so far. Hope this keeps up.

Exactly. If western actors are so much better, why bother watching Korean dramas with less talented and beautiful actors, and bad scripts.

FL is so young, so probably not much skinship for a romance genre.

I'm up to episode 8 and it has been enjoyable and fast pace. I was surprised quite a bit of romance when it was not even stated in the genre.

IKR. I think it would've been better if that scene wasn't shown on the 1st episode. It sets a high expectation for the rest of the drama. I think I would have been satisfied if there was a hug and a kiss after the reconciliation at the end.

Ren Min and Darren Wang are so cute together!! Even though the genre is not romance but there were so many cute interactions between the leads.

This was exactly what I was hoping for!! For them to reconcile and face problems together after resolving the single mother scandal . That's why I felt so let down. Maybe I'll rewatch last episode with the Eng sub.

Just watched 2 episodes and I like Ren Min's character in this. She's cute, can fight and not dumb.

I was so disappointed with the last 4 episodes, I didn't even bother to rewatch with Eng subs. The FL's character became so annoying and unlikeable. I love the ML though. He's such a decent man and so devoted and loyal to his wife. It would've been a 8.5 if not for the last 4 episodes. Highest I can give this is an 8.

Exactly. I felt the same, so annoyed with her and later when he found out the new boss was shady and he came and warned her, she didn't believe him. Annoyed me so much she has so little trust in him. I watched all these raw and didn't feel like re-watching with Eng sub because of her.

Yes I get what you mean but still super disappointed. I skim through the last 4 episodes and it was sad, I'm not sure I like how the FL was behaving. I know she suffered for 7 years dealing with the in-laws but the ML is such a decent guy, I don't like how she treats him and putting her needs first. I just feel really bad for him, having such a horrible dad/role model but grew up to be such a compassionate decent human being.

To be fair, there was supposed to be a 2nd season but due to copyright/ plagiarism issue with the novel, it can't happen so can't really blame the producers/directors.

What does that mean? Are you referring to the ML? I don't think he has issue with intimate scenes even though he's married in rl. I've seen plenty of kissing scenes from him in various dramas. I'm disappointed about the lack of skinship in this drama and I'm pretty sure it's not because of him.
