I think MDL users are mainly young people who are into fluff and romance. This drama deals with more mature theme - casual sex, cheating, sexual content so rating is not going to be high here.

The 1-child policy ended in 2015-2016 so doesn't applied here....oh wait, in that case, how did he get a younger brother?? Yeah not sure how that works.

Yes agree, the dubbing is horrible. The FL acting is bad as well. I'm continuing watching for the ML.

With such a low rating, i almost didn't watch it but it was conveniently on Prime so I give it a go. It wasn't that bad since I've watched Eternal Love so had an idea of what was happening but yeah, if I haven't seen the drama version, then I would be lost. The visuals were good and worth the 2 hrs of seeing a shorter version if you don't want to rewatch 50 episodes. Although I'm not a big fan of the way Crystal Lui played the FL character - like an immature drunk. She has a bottle of wine in nearly every scene.

I thought they did on episode 19 when they were lying in bed but with c-drama, who knows...it's so ambiguous when it comes to sex.

This was actually fast! they were together by episode 9-10 out of 30 episodes. C-dramas, usually by late teens or early 20s for 30+ episodes.

Perhaps you should watch and finish the drama before you comment or maybe it's too difficult for your little brain to comprehend. It was the ML who chased after her again and she didn't do anything to deserve being called a gold digger.

In middle of episode 17, there is a time jump of 1.5 years and YG was back in China for nearly a year before that. ML's brother got married a year before the start of the show so adds up to 3-4 years the brother was married.

I'm 5'3 and I'm not considered short but Irene Song looks so short, like a kid. Maybe it's her petite frame, or maybe the guys pairing with her were really tall.

I think she just ok with her acting skills but I would like a FL who can act AND also can do good kissing scenes. Just my preference.

I don't think you've watched the drama. She didn't break up with him because he was not successful and poor. She didn't care about the money. She broke up with him so he won't give up his chance to go aboard because she knows he will stay for her. Yes it's not the wisest thing to do and not giving him the choice to decide but people do make decisions based on what they felt was the best at the time. She was 20 and having personal issues as well. Cut her some slack.
