That's half-way point so hopefully HS years will be wrapped up by then. I'm catching up on the last 2 episodes and time doesn't seem to be moving. They are still in Grade 10.

Yes the bangs is killing me. It didn't bother me with Ou Hao in Northward with the bangs because he looks damn sexy as an adult. I HYT better look way better as an adult to make up for it.

The thing is, if half the drama is on teenage years, then they should have picked a younger looking actor. I have no issue if it was just some scenes like FOMH (but yeah the wigs were terrible) but HYT is not convincing at all the role of a teenager so I think that's why people are less forgiving with him.

Yes I don't think HYT is a good fit for the character JYB. Not a criticism of the character JYB. I have no issue with him. He's a teenager and I don't expect him to have the maturity of an adult.

I'm enjoying the drama but I do agree Hu Yi Tian is the weakest link. He looks too old for the part and he's not a very expressive actor. He doesn't own the role of JYB. I thought JYB is an extrovert but I don't see that in his acting at all.

There are always 2 sides of the coin. You're only able to watch POJ, LHF and other dramas because of AI.

Ikr. Everyone is calling everythibg AI as if it's negative. AI is being used all the time. Even at work, we're learning how to use AI too make our work better.

Oh so in the novel LZX and JYB are not in the same grade in high school? She skipped some grades and went to uni first. I think the drama will have them together in HS and Uni.

the 2nd couple were too funny. She was using modern language for "I'm sorry' and the ML was like, you might as well just say 'I'm sorry' (in English).

ML has been helping her. He was nearly late for the competition exam because he beat up the other guy who was going to harass her that day. He was helping her to get out of her comfort zone by not being on the same team as her.
