She didn't recognize him so I'm assuming throughout the 3 years as his sex-buddy which I find really nonsensical so I didn't bother watching the rest. From your review, looks like it's not worth watching anyway. I was just curious why she did that?

The FL here is portray as this young, spoiled and naïve character who only cares about her reputation and happiness, which is quite typical for a noble lady of that era. But she is kind, loyal and smart. I think her character development will happen when her Ming family will be framed and ruined.

SWL looks good here as the silent type but very sharp and ruthless to the enemies but soft-hearted when it comes to the FL. I can't believe she made him recite 3 poems for her to lower the fan. That was so sweet. Now she regrets signing that contract haha

I'm all caught up. This was surprisedly a fun drama full of eye candies. I love it that none of his friends were into the FL. I hate it when they create these stupid love triangles between friends. Love it even more that the friends will get their own love interest as well.
