agree with all your points. I can understand her not telling him in the beginning, but it makes no sense for Bu Yan not to tell him about the kids after she told him she love him and wants to be with him. She basically hides everything from the ML - her child's illness, the reason why she wants a child with him, that he's their biological father and never apologize to him. If I was the ML I would be super pissed, especially when he could've killed his own child by the blood donation.
