Omg that would have been so much better than what we got with this elitist jealous cow. But I guess the writer…
Exactly, it's so unnecessary and avoidable especially since they don't even like the same man! I was okay with having a lot of annoying characters at first because i though they would be better along the way but now that we're 17 episodes in and no one has improved yet, it has started to get tiring. Just how many more people will hurt the fl? lol
Ep 16 & 17 thoughts (how are we in ep 17???) : This family is a mess and it's the parents' fault. The dad abandoned them and the mother is so entitled. Yikes. The brothers calling each other out was actually sad. No one takes responsibility for their actions and they're always pointing fingers. Except Hyo Sung I guess. He is a little better in that regard. The problem with Hyo Do and Hyo Jun is that they look down on people because of their own inferiority complex. I got so annoyed when Hyo Do said frustrated to Tae Hee "you want me to work as a delivery man" Like what is wrong with that? It's much more honorable than whatever he's doing, that's for sure. And the same goes for Hyo Jun. He is so focused on hitting it big and living that "good life", he forgets about what's really important. He is the only one I kinda feel bad for, only because I would go insane if I had wasted my whole youth chasing something I don't even like that much. I'm not excusing his behavior btw. I just hope we get his redemption arc soon cause Mi Rim deserves the best! Her being so unbothered by his rudeness is still so fun to watch. I could never! The main couple is cute, I'm glad there's some development in that area at least because all the other stuff is just the same as it has always been lol. Tae Min is annoying but oh my Joo Won's visuals ate this week! Soo Kyung's nastiness to Hyo Shim is sooo unnecessary. I feel like they just want to shove the obsessive SFL trope in our faces. You know what would be cuter? If Soo Kyung was actually a nice person and while having a crush on TM, she'd ask TH about him in the gym making HS jealous. She'd notice how HS looks at them and clear up the misunderstanding. Then boom! HS realizes the reason why she's getting jealous and her and SK become friends. I think I'm just done with all the annoying characters lol.
I feel like I wouldn't have dropped this if I hadn't watched Apple of my Eye first. Cause now my tolerance for annoying second leads and characters making stupid assumptions/decisions is really low. Maybe I'll tune in later to see the love lines.
It’s so obvious that he is not comfortable with the idea of her marrying someone. He seemed shocked when he…
For sure! He really cares for her safety too. He clearly has a crush on her but he's too stern to do anything about it haha. I feel like they could learn from each other so that's another reason why I like them. Like, she could help him loosen up and he could help her be a bit more down to earth. I hope we see more of them now that they will be working with the leads.
Jung Woo's interactions with the bachelors is so funny, he is so done with them hahah. The way the FL's brother looks at Sam Soon makes me giggle hehe. This week's episodes were so entertaining, I hope it stays like this. Kdramas aren't really hitting the spot for me these days and this week's episodes made me happy and excited for next week!
It's alright. The writing is good so far but it's slow. There are a lot of characters that will probably annoy you but the writer doesn't excuse their behavior. I'm hoping we get a good character arc but we'll see how it goes. I would suggest you wait until it's half way through to start it if you're not that eager to see it.
I LOVED ep 5 so much!! Definitely my favorite episode so far! The cinematography, the humour, the romance...everything hit just right! All these couples are so cute! THE LONGING!! How in the world is Sam Soon ugly??? She's so adorable!! I think her and the FL's brother are my favorite couple! I love how bubbly she is and he is softer than he appears to be.
I should have waited for this to end so I could binge. It sucks that no character has gotten any development by now. Hopefully, the writer is going to progress the story after ep 20. The first half of the drama so far keeps going around in circles.
I'm happy that Geum Joo apologized to Nam In and they reconciled! This episode was more interesting than those of last week but I still missed our leads' interactions. This drama introduced too many subplots and now it doesn't know what to do with them. Like we haven't seen that homeless girl for a while. I hate Ryu Shi On so much!! Now that he knows who Hee Shik is, I'm really scared of what he's going to do to him.
He's fixated on her, and i think it's mainly due to the family/company image, she was nice to him at the gym while…
He has misunderstood her feelings, for sure. I think he maybe likes more the idea of Hyo Shim rather that the actual one. People obsess more over delusional crushes so maybe that's why he can't let go of her.
A thought came to my mind while reading the comments here. Since Tae Min only really cares about the company's image and his own, why is he so interested and determined to pursue Hyo Shim? Wouldn't it make more sense for his character to just let go of his feelings and marry a girl that would benefit the image of his family and the company? Why is he suddenly a romanticist when it comes to her? Anyways, I truly hope we see less of him in the future eps and more of the couples! Pleeease!!
50? Melodrama? Pls be good and no like a telenovela full of crazy plots :))
It's soapy and dramatic but not as much as a telenovela. As someone who has finished Young Lady and Gentleman (which had one crazy plot after another and the female lead was crying in every episode), I can tell you that this is way more mild lol.
This is just my opinion but i think there is more to TaeHee than meets the eye, as in she is putting on an act,…
Yeah Tae Min is not trustworthy but idk if she knows that. Maybe she doesn't trust anyone atm and that's why she keeps quite? Idk they've made her look like a simpleton in the past few episodes. I really would like it if she had an agenda or a plan.
