So, because Phu is to shy and afraid that Nan will leave him if he confesses his emotions, he left Nan for 10 years (not sure, how long it was, actually...10 is just the number in my head). That is pure Thai logic. So, I will leave my bf now for the next 20 years, because I am afraid he might leave me?????
I organised a party to celebrate that this is over, just to see that there is another episode coming? I wonder what I did in my previous life to experience such a bad karma.
Who the hell does that? Well, Thai and Vietnamese. My ex bf never took a shower naked here, always at least in…
Clothes dry relatively quickly. I must note that we are talking about such places like beaches or waterfalls. Swimming pools in the cities do not allow full, casual clothing *LOL*. So, after the water we will just sit and wait. In the Dry Season the clothes will be dry after some hours. We talk also about people who usually drive on motorbikes. Only rich people have cars. You can easily drive with wet clothes, without making a car wet etc. Even sitting in restaurants is okay, when the clothes are already a bit dried. I really do not have a scientific answer for this. Maybe because they do not like going into the sun and think, they also get a tan when swimming "naked" in the water? I explain it with shyness and the shame culture here.

I did not want to teach you, but I am happy that you found my comment useful. I only wrote it because I was stunned when my bf and I visited once a waterfall and he threw himself with jeans and shirt into the water. It has something to do with the shame culture here (and the fact that most "bathrooms" in the countryside are in the open space, so everybody can see when you shower). It is also generealized. For sure, a lot of Thai and Vietnamese take a shower now without clothes :)
[Episode 5]Forget the shirt, what about his wet pants? ๐๐The sauce ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญAnd P'Ai, as the proper uke,…

YouTube - but only 1 episode so far, and might be region-dependent.https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGZfpt4DEPDL5DG3vWVSyu9VqG16tC7k0Bilibili…
Do you use your laptop for watching? Since yesterday all series and movies are locked for me on my laptop. When I use Bili on the mobile phone (same wifi, no vpn), it is not locked and I can access all.
Still nice. Their chemistry is good and the filming okay. The tone was a bit weird in ep 5. However, it's going down a bit for me, because I cannot feel into the screenwriters ideas. What bs is this explanation in ep 5 for the 10 year gap? I hope they will work on that in the final 5 episodes.
My theory is that all three stories show the same couple. In the first story we see Ohm and Unknown Name Boy (I rewatched it twice, but his name is never shown up in the subs; you can see it in the mobile phone once but I cannot read Thai). The first story is how they get together. Then, after some time, we see story 2, which depicts Bas and Top. I guess these are the nicknames of Ohm and Unknown Boy (UB). They get attacked and we all think they die. But we never see that, actually.
I think, story 3 is them again. They both survived but "Daddy" is UB and Ohm is Top. Daddy is clearly not his dad. We see in one short scene that Ohm is bowing over Daddy and kissing him. Later we clearly understand that they ARE the couple from scene 1, i.e. Ohm and UB.
So, the question is, how scene 2 fits in. I think, as I said above, scene 2 is them being attacked and they survived it. After that they went to the resort place, bought it and Ohm is taking care of UB. He calls him Daddy there.
In scene 2 Top says "you killed Bas", because he is poisened. But we never see the outcome, in fact. It is open. It would make sense to explain what happened to UB from scene 1 to scene 3. Why does Ohm have to take care of him? He got poisened, survived but seems to be bedridden now.
All in all, a confusing film. Nice filming and scenery though. Acting is average, probably not much experience of the actors. I wonder if I watched a cut version and things are therefore missing...

I loved the series. That was really refreshing.
