I think he can't balance because he is not capable to think at a larger scale (yet). I have a feeling that he is not evil, just incompetent due to his outdated thinking. There's something about him that makes me optimistic, he may have a change or not, we'll see. Or maybe I just sympathise with the actor's face. As for the Supervisor I have doubts that he doesn't know who is behind it. He is the one who knows the past and the future. And when you have that kind of power you become an observant, allowing things to happen as they are meant to be.
