I agree. And not just chinese. There were some intimate shots characterisitic for more "personal style movies". It's been used in Anmerican movies a few times bit it;s not really common in Korean cinema as far as I've seen. I liked tose pauses and silences charged with emotions and thoughts. I also agree. They gathered a very strong cast. Kim Ok Bin was really refreshing for a princess. I checked mostly on wikipedia and the new king was meant to be a pawn, I gather and he was a pawn, there were moments I couldn't believe he's still the same young and caring person, I guess he grew very disappointed in himself and his choice because he continued to be used by the grey eminence that the general ultimately was in this context. Yes i did move but it's kind of strange. I don;t really get to see many of may neighbours and when we do it's usually in the kitchen we cook and it gets very crowded lol. I used to have better arrangements bt can't help it. Just this year and that's it. Once I movr it;ll be either back home or maybe if I get a job to a room of my own entirely.
