I guess I"m just uncomfortable for some reason. Aww Yeona, you just try to relax and just go with the flow. Things can work out, if you just let them take their course. Don't be too worked up about being chngeable and I don;t think you're weak- you just need more time to get more experiencel but that comes with time.

ouch. I"m NOT watching confession of murder. It can;t get to the level of old boy and the hype that film is getting because of park shi hoo mania increased after the scandal is getting on my nerves- he is NOT the best actor there is. I do hope justice gets done for everyone involved in the stry but he is not the best actor, frankly he can be a little annoying. Is that the final part or are they going to continue making more of iron man (I' not talking abot avengers. I know there are at least two more parts of avengers coming).

I do prefer independent anime films i don;t particulary care for a lot anime series. Miyazaki/Ghibli are the mst recognizable and they are also those which have a lot of heart. I also liked Origins anime film- it was kind of derivative of other similar films, like nausicaa but it was a good watch. I really feel like getting all this organized somewhere but I can't decide on what lists to make. I just deleted the lists i had from imdb in order to redo them. argh.

Ah, king of baking wasn;t the best after all. I watched it when I was first starting out in dramaland and back then it was quite exciting but today I would probably pick more holes in it. Still, I liked how the kids story was set up, I think it was my first drama with kids so I was really enchanted that they take such care in telling stories, starting from childhood.

Well those major ones are not so much. Especially the Studio ghibli ones are popular and easy to find, I'll try to get hold of the one you recommended. What about you?

Hi Edina! I saw the Chaser and I really liked it. It ws an interesting story, hollywoodized but very well acted. Devil beside you was an to me an annoying idol drama. I've had enough of those. I'm not watching anything at the mome as I have a project to finish but I"ll swothc to something western for the weekend. I have looong watchlists.

whatever I can get my hands on, if I can, I get the DVD because I like to listen to the original language and have subs, rather than dubs.

As fr making assumotions, I think that's sumbconcious based on some sense of affinity with the native tongue Are you planning to continue to study some more after that? Well, I am Polish myself but I am now curious, why are you interested in polish? It's quite impressive. :) Anyway, apologies again for a bit of narrow-minded assumption here. I agree sometimes film/drama mood can be spoiled. Right now, I've been spoiled by several good movies I've seen-Love Letter, Memories of Matsuko, Failan and am completely unable to watch dramas because "m craving something meaningful.

Asiide from studio ghibli movies, would you know of any amime movie that would offer something like these films have?

childhood is usually a good place for the dramas to set up the main storyline-intrigue. It CAN get repetitive when all dramas do it, but i find it to be also of help. I am not too find of the main actors as the king i'd sort of would like him to be a bit older, myabe that's why i was drawn away from this drama in part. I think hels just not my type of character, either. That always has an impact on viewing a drama for me, if I can't bond with/empathise with characters.

Yes, I felt Failan was special. I absolutely loved the feeling it left me with- and it was one of hope, somehow the movie was iterestingly constructed, I felt like the two of them were hanging to a glimmer of hope and that hope passed between them even thoough they never met. A thoroughly good feeling. I'll look forward to hearing your comments on Old Boy! And I will happily let you know about sunny :0)
