Hello Bokami! Having a good Friday I hope! I just finished King of Dramas I really liked it. Very strong drama, though a bit overdramatised at some parts. I don;t think murder is high on drama producer's priority lists though I bet they resort to threats and and blackmail. I absolutely loved Antony Kim and the drama wirter! I thought it was a drama worthy of being alongside Giant and Salaryman, and the plot was pretty tight.

but Kim Myung Min is a joy to watch in this drama, he goes from har to soft, and has a good "banteR" going on with his love interest. Expect some typical plot cliches at some points, as it is a traditional romcom,. Plot was quite tight all in all. And the start is VERY strong indeed. All in all I think it ended up being good. Jung Reyo Won was nice too, I think she and Kyung Min, who played Anthony, had very good interactions going on. Definitely more interesting thatn C.Alice. Very good pacing.

King of dramas starts off on a very strong note with a tyrannical drama producer who turns put not be so tyrannical as the story progresses. a lot of things are happening, but i think too much at times. pr5ogression os from hard tyrannical to someonw who gradually opens up and eventually becomes dependent on another person. The main character was stylised in a way that remininded me of 20s era. The dstory revolves around the production of one drama..and what drama producers wouldn't do to produce a drama. Seems like they can go to great lengths. I think they overdramatised it a bit, but I also thiunk they put a lot of truths there, especially at the beginning. SiWon was over the top.

I see. So you don;t want to keep bad memories at all? I always want to remeber the bad dramas too. with the notes ysem available additionall I can remeber why I thought they were good or bad.

Yeona, don;t do this to yourself. Just..go with the flow and try to loosen up a bit. Accept things for what they are. Trust me, things are easer that way. I used to feel very "toxic" myself because I felt like things were unjust but I eventually just ignored it and I do believe that what you get is based on your merit. Once I gained that confidence, it really helped me cheer up and even make new friends. Don't torture yourself like this, please. take care.

well I finished King of Dramas. The pacing of the story was very good but I am tired of drama writers trying not to be cliched at the ending..the reuslt? the ultimate trend in dramas is to make every character go blind. Princess man, equator man, now this. Seriously. Well, I liked it but I"m getting expaserated. The pacing was good and it was enjoyable on the whole. I liked Anthony and the writers, they had good dynamics. Overall I liked it, it pulled me in quite easily. I"m glad you liked Love shuffle and Pride- I totally love them too.

Hello Nina! Hope you're well. I just finished King of dramas. I wished he had gone to Florida. Because tbh lately in dramas blindness seems to be a trend. And in a similar progression context: an indepependet strong hero grows dependent on someone and blindness just seals that.blindness is becoming a cliche, imho. though I liked that he is trying to use it to his advantage and overall I'm v.happy with the ending-felt complete. I loved Anthony and the story's good pacing. Liked interactions with the drama writer. I'll miss them. I liked unravelling Anthony alongside with her it was fun. And it had such a strong start to it and a good ambience with so much going on, although perhaps a little overdramatised some parts. SiWon was a bit too over the top but endearing, but the main actor is as always a joy to watch, he can do this sort of role very well. Good ambience in this drama.

I quite liked it. I really like Kim Myung Min seeing as he is a seasoned actor. And Jung Reyo Won? what a pair of good actors. I like the world that they live in better, since it's more realistic, but this one aims for something else. I feel it's definitely a little under-rated as far as viewership ratings go, which is sad. But I liked the dynamics and pacing. Strong start, gets a little slower ad more standard as it progresses. But the acting's really solid, good cast. I also enjoyde unravelling the character of Anthony together with writer Lee. I feel like I will miss the characters. I will likely rewatch at some point. Happy with the ending though-offered a sense of completion and new difficult start.

not particularly, I am afraid. perhaps it's just too much cuteness and eye candy for me but I dropped it as it annoyed me a lot. I believe there is no need to force yourself if you lnow you dislike something. Do you drop dramas?

Yes, cute is the right word for it. The effect it had on me was to make me want to rewatch Queen Inhyun's Man lol. It is a formulaic romcom but I was attracted to the cast, especially the main leads, they sort of worked quite nicely together, I really liked them. The actress playing the mother is also likeable and it's been a while sicne I saw Lee min wo in a drama, since Princess Man, not much to do here, I felt, but still very pleasant. Honestly, I thgink I can really appreciate TvN for bringing in some less seen or used faces, makes drama watching fresher..even if it's a formulaic romcom. I will be hoping for more fun or captivating dramas from that stations.

Good morning! Ohhhh the devil! I was so drained after watching that one, it blew me away the first time I watched it. It's not about the who in this drama, because you will be able to tell right from the start who the cuplrit is, it's about the process and about struggling with a sense of self. I really loved it. I hope it will not disappoint you. One Million Stars I haven't watched. I am currently concentrating on TvN dramas.

well, I wouldn't be quite as cynical about it. It's true but viewers also have a say. I was browsing for dramas and felt I should at least gibve it a try. It'sd the sort of drama that captures your attention from the get go, to be honest. Esepcially when I AM expecting a story about a harsh teacher (on the outside) teaching things to difficult teens. Except I really don;t like the rest of the school teachers. The head teacher is too much, but I guess it's needed to make Kim So Roo;s character look so good in contrast.

Hello Compay! Nice to hear from you. I have been in a serious drama slump over the last months and I only recently returned to dramas. I wastcvhed 9 Ends 2 outs and I liked it, the friendship and care was tangible while greater feelings needed time to get out. It's a friends fall in love story that was very nice to watch. I tried watching Cheongdamdong Alice but honestly got bored with it. I am currently reevaluating some of my dramas - I have taken more interest in TvN dramas too since they have some fresher ideas. Shut Up Flower Boy Band was a good story for me to watch. I hopoe the movies were interesting, though. I remeber I went over to the USA once and I couldnlt care less for the movies, I just spent the entire flight fidlling with music playlists..until I feel asleep.

I do that in too intense dramas all the time, to be honest. I just need to make sure things are all right, there are exceptions with saeguks like Jumong, though. Will do but so far I personally like it because it reminds me so much if all the inspiring teacher comes and teaches difficult kinds how to not lose out in life just because they have it harder than others. That and the two favourite young actors are being as good as always: Yoo Seung Ho and Lee Hyun Woo. Thiose two are the only young actors that are really good already and I"m pretty sure they will continue to be big hearthtrobs in the future. Anyway have a good end of the week and weekend :)

no not sure whether I will since I was not too much of a fan of Ramyun Shop, even if I am loving TvN dramas in general. shut Up Flower Boy Band was excellent, Queen Inhuyn;s man kills me with the chemistry between leads and Wedding cheme is kind of cute too. Padam padam had some elements that I really liked too.in other word,s TvN dramas are now on my radar except for anything that sounds like a repeat of Ramyun shop, I really could not get into that one. Have you seen any of these? QIM is quite sexy.

znam ale nie baordzo ogladam drama azjatyckie za bardzo mnie wciagnely i na nic innego nie mam ochoty..a w tej chwili zrewidowalam swoja ocene Queen Inhyun;s man, w dodatku ze to drama TvN a te mi sie bardzo chce teraz ogladac, z reszta mja ciekawe pomysly. Milego ogladania. Co do chasera jest troche hollywoody ale mocna pozycja. moze doktora kiedys tez poogladam jak mi sie wszystko znuzy znowu :D

the leading couple is quite cute and I like them. But it made me want to rewatch QIM so badly lol. I agree about bara no nay hanaya it was pure. Seems like you have been having lots of good dramas :) King of Dramas is on my PTW but not surtre when I will start it. It;s been recommended by serveral people though so I"m pretty sure I will love it. But right now I'm going through TvN dramas phase and absolutely loving it. I think I will really look forward to more TvN dramas from now on. However, I loved Nagareboshi, but I can see how it could be boring for some. So, what are you watchinng now?

The Chaser is quite hollywoody, 9 End 2 Outs may feel too draggy, but to mee the finale brought so much joy after all that I've seen in the drama and the love and care the two characters had for each other was so tangible...I just found it irressitible. Yes, actually Arang bored me. But I am recently reeavulating some of my previous dramas. I would say Queen Inhyun's man is better than AGD in many ways. I"m glad you liked AGd but weren't you bothered by Yi Soo and Meahri wailing all the time? Other than that they knew how to chose the cast for this drama, the four gentlemen were certainly nice together :) But these days I have more faith in TvN dramas. They make either good or cute stories. I am just finishing wedding Scheme- not bad,
