Bokami, I have decided not to watch any monster reviews. In this case I'd rather live in blissful ignorance of any criticism it may have received for whatever reasons. In this case, let me be a pouting ignorant fangirl? lol. If I do eventually dare watch it, I'll let you know :)

I;ll have to give it a go one day, I mean kaiba but for now steins gate was sufficient. I kind of see the point bit it wasn't enough for me.

I know MAdhouse is the producer, all I"m saying is they produced a number of good animes :) I checked the original writer and director as well.

Hmm, Bokami your explantions sound very introguing lol :D Maybe they are more intriguing than the anime :D

I love Dorian Gray. It has a very particular ambience. I think reading it in english will be more rewarding on the whole, even if words sound difficult. I haven't seen the movie though. I hope you will enjoy it. If in difficulty why not try reading both versions at the same time fir comparison? You can see of the translation feels any good.

awww. Yiu're not alone in love for Yi san. :) I just find it doeesn;t fit into my top five when I am more into Japanese dramas these days. I still love MrDimples and his portrayal of a sensible king and there was so much to like that drama :D

Yeah, kind of. i just finished a taiga drama that lef me shattered though so to distance myself I"m mostly watching movies now. How are you?

Ok, i sort of watched it but am in double minds about it. I am not very impressed with it, but I kind of see the point it tried to make. Ahh Madhouse has had a number of good stories, is this one good? I remember thinking when looking it up the animation is interesting but I didn;t have the mood to watch it yet.

Or so I hope, because it was cut off. I don't now I felt like they were trying to make the viewer remain with that pervasive uncertainty.

That's not the end of Grimmer, you will see him again, the other characters will reappear too. :) Yup, I think fairy tale is rather hard to forget and that's a very good thing because of the role it plays.

lol. That's because it's similar to Zettai Kareshi, only better produced and visually it is quite eyecandy, well except for the weird tokusatsu-like special effects.

he'd face quite the challenge.

I"m still not sure what to make of Yataro though. He seemed fairly frustrated with Ryoma but he wasn't exactly against him. He was too busy trying to find his place in all this chaos and make a living. He seemed to benefit from a lot of the things that were happening albeit with variable success; an opportunist.

What did you think of Ooku? I know it's based on manga which has a rather problematic premise, I saw the film: a disease which kills only young men seems highly problematic as I felt it's not possible to explain it adequately strong to justify it but since you said you like speculative look at history I thought you may have liked it.

I hope youll like Neverending story. For Jung Ryeo Won have you tried King of Dramas? Kim Myung Min is an excellent actor and the dram is an nteresting take on taking dramas. anthony Kim is also interesting.

Yes, it's like destiny fulfilled, his role has ended and that's it But then the later events also probably got confused and muddled. My book arrived today. I am going to start it on Monday after i make some preparations for Christmas but the cover says their role in the restoration was not tainted by later events. It clearly suggests that Ryoma's part was idealistic. who knows, when faced with political games later on things could have become more fuzzy/corrupt?

I think people need an idealistic and progressive minded leader and today a need for that is probably stronger than ever given that politics isially represent only interests of a small group of establishment. We could all use some motivation from an inspired leader to turn the world upside down but we've advanced so far and things have become so much more complicated, I really do wonder what would Ryoma do today! I think
