What got me hooked (from when they are the three of them together) is actually LLH's character. I'm very attached to his character. If you don't feel attached to his character, perhaps this show is not for you. By the way, I first put this show on hold after watching the first episode. I thougt it was not for me.

Someone that can read chinese, please help. In ep 31 when LLH gets to know that his senior hated him, what is written inside the box?

Whoever struggles with the editing, you should watch the viki-version. It has the best editing in my opinion. This drama is one of my favourites. Zhao Yao's confidence and kindness is a pleasure to watch.

Jiao Li Qiao is annoying. I would like to fastforward her scenes, it's just I don't do that. I hope the breakup doesn't last long.

I really like Li Lianhua character! Wonderful to watch such a generous and detached character.

Yes, I know. But I wanted to know Lotus Casebook, what is it refering to? The Lotus House is Li Lianhuas movable house. But what is the Lotus Casebook? They just made it up?

Why is it called Lotus Casebook in english? The chinese title Lotus Tower/House makes more sense.

Coming back after a while. I was thinking that I quite like the format of this story. It's like a slice of time. You don't know the story before and you don't know the story after. You don't need to. I quite like it like that.

I'm waiting for good subtitles. If there are any, please let me know. (There are subtitles, but names are strange, and it's hard to read).

It was a nice watch. And I am ok with the ending. It would have felt misplaced with a just happily ever after, in my oppinion.

Perhaps it's not new, but I find the storytelling quite intriguing. And I like the character of Yun Weishan very much. It's my type of character preference.

More cdramas should be 24 episodes AND one hour long. This is similar to 40ep 30min, but I prefer the longer episodes a lot!

I like this drama because romance is not main focus for me, it's about decisions you have to take and the consequences. Therefor I like the Fl and Ml most. The scheming of the second FL is a good contrast, but not likable to me. Sometimes the decisions you take are not favorable to you, but they give you peace of mind. It's like when growing up, the truth we know is the one being told to us, it's only when something big happens that we widen our horizon.

And no love triangles, which is really nice.

Some really like it very much, some can't stand the FL. So you have to make your own opinion. Try it.
