They could'e ended this just as well as it had started. Instead they gave us a half-ass ending wanting us to guess. We deserve to see bale's demise and also the supervisor?? like hello!!!... so many unnecessary scenes in the last two episodes but not enough answers. Nvm on a second thought, the story started with jian pov so it’s only right for it to end in that pov also which would mean that if there isn’t a flashback or the story changes into jinman pov then we won’t know what jinman has been doing or what were his plans etc. that’s why there were so many gaps in the first half especially with why her parents had to die and also why pasin left and plus the girl that was safe

Appreciate your narrative of what a makjang/soap opera is. I love any type of symbolism and this drama does mimic…
That is true but aren’t all of them like that though?? Da Jung will get her revenge… it’s always like this in the first half of makjang

I'm familiar with makjangs and love them. up until episode 37 (what I've watched) this is antagonizing. there…
Gurl I really don’t gaf…. This is literally how every single makjangs is… the villian wins in the first half and then the protagonist starts getting revenge in the second… the show is 120 episodes the revenge began around 55th episode to the 60th a mishap normally happens and then she will come back stronger… like that’s the literally point it’s suppose to be antagonizing for the buildup and satisfaction of the revenge… So as I said I don’t give a fuxk, I really don't🤷🏾‍♀️

all ya'll keep complaining obviously don't know what a makjang drama is. "makjang :: a sylistic, tonal, or narrative element in dramas that chooses to play up outrageous storylines to keep viewers hooked despite how ridiculous the stories become (adultery, revenge, rape, birth secrets, fatal illnesses, and flirting with incest possibilities are some makjang favorites)." it's suppose to be "nonsensical" and very far from what reality is. If everything can be sorted out in 12-16-20 or even 30 episode thenit wouldn't be a makjang now would it? Stop watching if you dn't understand the concept of why all makjangs are like this.
