honestly, even after episode 10, and some things are slowly becoming clearer, they made me doubt everyone and…
Watcher is comparable to the great British Detective dramas in my view. I absolutely adore the whole cat and mouse process and subtle manipulation. It’s also like a game of Jenga - DCK is being so careful not to pull out the wrong block so it all won’t come crashing down, but the others lack patience and can’t help themselves. Then there was the classic Maxwell Smart ah ha moment at the end of Ep 10 - “the old such and such n the shoe trick.”

Title Doctor John
When you read the Hippocratic Oath and then look at an excerpt from a modern version written by Louis Lasagna, it helps put Dr John in context:

I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures which are required, avoiding those twin traps of overtreatment and therapeutic nihilism.

I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug.

I will not be ashamed to say "I know not," nor will I fail to call in my colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patient's recovery.

I will respect the privacy of my patients, for their problems are not disclosed to me that the world may know. Most especially must I tread with care in matters of life and death. If it is given me to save a life, all thanks. But it may also be within my power to take a life; this awesome responsibility must be faced with great humbleness and awareness of my own frailty. Above all, I must not play at God.

Now someone just needs to staple this to the Prosecutor’s forehead, perhaps the nurse’s and the sister’s too :)

14 eps down. It’s very watchable. Has some very dorky moments too, but a great message re the importance of everyone living and working together in the village

Good secondary couples?
Yes, there are. One of them in particular is almost better than the main pair

I believe it is Young Goon’s vision. Like Tae Joo, he has lost his objectivity and now his mind is reaching for a forced conclusion.

Half way and I am still enjoying Level Up very much. It is fun, well paced and just the right amount of dorkiness.

In term of attention paid to the historical setting, this show is head and shoulders above Minglan. In many respects…
Yes, quite a bit about Andean cultures re the Nazca, Incan cultures and certainly about the importance of the Yellow River Valley from a Chinese perspective.

At the end of ep 8 and I must say Doctor Detective is continuing to grow on me. It takes a little bit of getting used to how the story is pulled together each episode and then there is the quirky epilogue re the UDC at the end of each hour :)

Completed the halfway point! Up until episode 6, I found 60 Days very well done. However, eps 7 & 8 were not up to par for me. There are certainly very good moments throughout e.g. President Park’s interactions with Opposition Leader Yun - I want too see more of that (because they are two very fine actors) and less of some of the other things (I find the twists a little frustrating, but I also felt that way with the original version too). It’s also time to let President Park loose on the media.

OMG! Can someone just kill that Chief Gal guy. He's making me furious every time he appears.
It will be interesting to see what happens to him. Jail time won’t be enough for me :)

OMG it's so complicated, twisted and requires thinking! We still don't know who is a good guy and who is bad.…
I like the way they give you time to think about who may be good or bad. You get snippets and I also like that it is not all spelt out.

A lot of strong hints being dropped that Do Chi Kwang was the one who murdered Young Koon's mother. Probably just…
Yes, I think it is to much of a big red herring for it to be him. I think this is where the Show is well written with good pacing and the acting by all the leads is so expressive to back this up - They are so desperate to find the killer. You can almost read their minds.

As for Do Chi Kwang’s motives, I’m not sure he was trying to cover things up specifically. He may have been doing things for other reasons. Either that, or we see him now trying to atone for past misdeeds. Interesting!

I liked the start. Zombie Girl did just fine and Ji Sung is playing his role with quite the right level of antagonism.
