Title The Glory
I think he is doing a wonderful job. Enjoying his acting a lot.
To be honest, I just don't understand what some people want from an actor? His character is written to be a stoic warrior who is used to always hiding emotions behind a mask. And given the specifics of his job and the numerous attempted murders (one of which led to the death of his wife), this behavior is fully justified. He's not some frivolous dude whose sole purpose in the story is to woo a fl. CDL acting is also mostly unemotional and restrained, but everyone only scolds the main actor. Their characters are meant to be like that, otherwise they wouldn't have such problems trusting each other.

What is her best drama?
For me. her most strong dramas Love Between Fairy And Devil and Moonlight (not only in terms of acting, but also in terms of the plot of the drama itself)

They 100% will. They already changed the fl character to be childish.
It still sounds strange to me. That there are people willing to pay a lot of, I guess, money (since such information should be closed to outsiders) just to get a drama script? Even if they are fans, but spending decent amounts of money on such things...

I still hope that things won't be as bad as rumors have it. But how did fans get access to the script? Is this so easy to do for people outside of production? Is it all so open to outsiders?

I just hope there won't be any cut episodes in this series. Let it remain as it was for 30 episodes.

can anyone recommend some dramas similar to Love Game in Eastern Fantasy? it’s the first historical Chinese…
Well, this is still mostly fantasy (I’m not used to considering this as historical). But I personally love "Love Between Fairy and Devil", "The Blue Whisper", "Till the End of the Moon", " Legend of Fu Yao", "Back from the Brink", " Eternal Love" (2017) and "Eternal Love: Love and Destiny"(2019)

is it considered a historical cdrama?? I've never watched anything like this all the cdramas I've watched so far…
This is more of a fantasy, a fairy tale, only with a historical setting .

With Vin Zhang, I think it depends on how his role is written. I really liked him in "Eternal Love", but in "Song…
Because most of his roles are "Mr. Perfect", "the perfect good guy" (there are also "Here We Meet Again" and "A Romance of the Little Forest"). And he looks mostly bland in such roles. But I think such roles are some of the most difficult to play. In order to be able to play such righteous characters, there must be a special spark in the actor himself, so as not to look too boring on screen. I am not against such types, it's just that not every actor can play them. For me, the ideal examples of such characters are MLs from "Eternal Love" and "Eternal Love: Love and Destiny", because the actors who play them (Mark Chao and Chang Chen) have so much acting charisma that they are able to pull off such roles and make them look interesting.

I once doubted their ability to carry this drama say the main rokes but to my surprise, Sun Zhenni nailed her…
With Vin Zhang, I think it depends on how his role is written. I really liked him in "Eternal Love", but in "Song of the Moon" he seemed a bit lackluster (SML was much more convincing. Moreover, both Wang You Shuo and Riley Wang outplayed him.). I think villainous and morally gray roles suit him better than 100% valiant heroes and too "goody-two-shoes". He looks more interesting in them. I hope that over time they will add depth and realism to his character, at least. So that he looks more down-to-earth. As for Sun Zhen Ni, I thought she was simply magnificent in "Til the End of the Moon". For me, this is one of those rare cases when an actress playing a secondary role steals the screen attention so much. So ever since then, I have been eagerly waiting for her to have a leading role. She has a very strong screen presence in her own right.

Has anyone found another drama this good? With an intense romance, good OST, good visuals etc? I really can't…
You can try "Till the end of the moon" (2023), "Eternal love"(2017)

As a medical student that ep 1 bomb scene might be actually the most absurd thing i have ever watched.
I'm not a medical student, but I felt the same :) It may not have been the most absurd thing ever shown on screen for drama sake , but it was still look pretty funny :)

Good Things So Far: [1] Love the suspense - who is the kidnapper? what is the story with both families and all…
Well, when everyone around is only praising this drama, it’s nice to meet someone who thinks the same way, that something is still missing in the plot :)

Good Things So Far: [1] Love the suspense - who is the kidnapper? what is the story with both families and all…
Honestly, I feel the same way. I'm not against cheesy romance and even some fan service (if it's dosed correctly), but usually only when I initially understand that the series does not pretend to be anything else. Here, it seems like the series is trying to seem like a serious dark thriller, but so far there is too much fan service romance, which makes it difficult to connect to this show. For now, I'm going to wait until this ends to see if my predictions are wrong and there is a more substantial plot here.So far this feels just like not my cup of tea.

Title Moonlight
have finished watching this upto ep 22. all I can as of now is, this show is highly underrated and it deserves…
I will take the risk of suggesting that the fact is that this drama is not purely romantic; the business component also takes up a lot of time here. I just noticed that if a drama isn't primarily about romance, but still has the romance tag, it gets lower scores here. And it also works the other way around, if a drama only about romance is given much more points than it actually deserves. People see the romance tag and hope for another fluffy simple rom-com with kisses and cuddles. Any drama and emphasis on other topics besides romance here may irritate them.

It's hard to predict in advance, I know He Yu mostly because "The Legend of Shen Li" and he was quite good there. I think it might turn out to be at least a pretty interesting pairing.

Yes so far some people are complaining that it has become choppy and I respect their opinions but for me personally…
LBFAD was 36 episodes. And you haven't watched "Blue Whisper" or "The Legend of Fu Yao" yet, compared to them LBFAD has a perfect 100% happy ending, in other series at the end you can't even tell - was it a happy ending or did it seem that way? "Back from the Brink" and "Till end of the Moon" are the same story. The irony of Chinese fantasy series in my opinion is when it doesn't matter if there are 36 or 40 episodes or even more, there will be a lot of filler scenes with minor characters, but the ending with main characters is almost always crumpled and rushed. It feels like the creators forget that the viewers are primarily following the story of the main characters.

Well, of course, this is all a matter of personal preference, but for start I can suggest ā€œLove Between Fairy and Devilā€ 2022 (Yu Shuxin also plays FL in this), ā€œTill End of the Moonā€ 2023, ā€œBack from the Brinkā€ 2023.
