She sometimes not play Su Lüxia. She sometimes inhabit others body/different characters. Atleast they can use her original voice to make it more reliable.

If they give a five-minute character too much screen time, her anti-fans will start complaining that she wasn't portrayed correctly and all that. Besides, in the comic, chubby Luxia barely has any screen time with other characters—other than the scenes where her husband abuses her.

Don't worry. In some arc she can change her body into another by using a card. She is trained and smart girl she can imitate others. But they did mistake one thing they shouldn’t use the chubby girl with her brother. It was unnecessary. Chubby luxia screentime was not much in comic.
The evil consort is busy one the best story. I'm glad that they kept it in drama version.
