I think I find it more concerning that people are imagining/interpreting this way. They must picture something…
I agree with you a hundred percent about everything you said. I don't even know how anyone's minds could go there watching this show. Also I think the young FL actress was perfect. For an 11 year old actress she was acting better then most 20+ year old actors/actresses.
On Reddit and multiple articles, I kept seeing posts stating how uncomfortable they are watching the younger FL actress with the ML in scenes. So I watched the first four episodes today to try and understand; only to be left with confusion because I felt no discomfort while watching them on my screen.
Jia Xu has been nothing but a gentleman and he truly treats Sang like a little sister. It's literally a one-sided crush that I think a lot of us can relate to. I use to have a thing for my Uncle's best friend even though he was seven years older than me. It never went anywhere outside of my one-sided crush because he saw/treated me as a kid rightfully so.
What's wrong with the FL being clingy and persistent? I bet if it was the ML doing this, you'd be all for it,…
Are you dense? Or just can't understand basic reading comprehension? I stated numerous times I liked the FL and she has become one my favorite FL's. Why not comment under the people who are bashing her? I did find her clingy and quite persistent and I'm not taking those words back (because she is) but I actually grew to love her the more I got to know her character. Is that so hard to understand? It has nothing to do with her being a female.

There is a clingy persistent male in this drama and I cant stand him. If my comment hit a nerve for you thats on you. I gave the drama a ten so I clearly grew to love the FL like I said. You know how many dramas I watched where FL pursues the ML? Its nothing refreshing or new.
This is a pretty decent watch (I gave it a solid 8) if you're a fan of Seven Tan and or BJT and like slice-of-life dramas. For eight episodes the leads had great chemistry; making me really want to see them in a full 25+ episode-length drama together.
Sidenote: I love how the little girl that played Seven Tan's character as her younger self was also the little girl that played her in Go ahead.
2024! ðŸ˜I thought this would be released this year. The last drama from GHJ was in 2019. So now I have to wait another year to see the Romcom queen on my screen. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
When I watched the first episode I disliked the FL. I initially found her to be too clingy, too impulsive in the face of danger, and a mary sue in the making. But I'm actually glad to have been proven wrong the more and more I watched (Needless to say don't judge her by the first episode. She's one of my favorite FLs).
The chemistry between the main leads was beautiful. I never felt as if one of them loved the other more than the other. Both of them seemed to value/respect each other even when it came down to their jobs. I thought the proposal was super cute and I can tell William Chen enjoyed doing it.
The second lead couple was also really great. The doctor (what an excellent actor her scenes always made me cry) had her walls up for good reason but slowly the cute young himbo firefighter broke her walls down. I could rewatch their scenes all day.
The third couple...eh Honestly they just really didn't fit the vibe of the show (him being a Ceo of a company and her being an actress) I also thought she deserved better than Huo being that 95 percent of the show he pined after the FL and when she could have died and he just...(I don't want to spoil it but yeah that scene just ruined his character entirely for me). He is the reason I deducted .5 from the score.
I always see you ask this question in comment sections of dramas. Maybe you should visit those particular sites if Erotic scenes are solely what you're after.
Chinese drama? Hot kisses? That's like never happen.....
You must not have watched a lot of C dramas because hot kisses are actually a thing. Road Home for instance very steamy and passionate kiss scenes between the leads.
