Rewatching Father is Strange and I just love the chemistry between her and Lee Joon. It’s too bad they didn’t work out as a couple - they are cute together - but looks like most of their dating time was while he was away for 2 years in the military- absence sometimes doesn’t make the heart grow fonder. Looking forward to her new drama.

A Japanese tv station bought the rights and aired it. It was probably promoted in Japan.

That is one reason why I dropped iQiyi subscription - their subs got to the point that they were as bad as mango or no subs at all.

I didn't either. Didn't like her "friend" either.

Ending was so open - did she just forget he beat her dad? Was the beating the cause of her father's death? It never says. She hates him yet got over it in a second at the end? Too many unanswered questions. And her friend - not much of one imo.

I think I have cried buckets of (happy) tears through the last episode. Loved this drama. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ such a sweet drama.

If you haven’t watched Lovely Us, I highly recommend it. I believe in one scene in this drama at the beginning SZZ is watching that drama on her TV. 😂

On ep 20 now and can’t believe I waited so long to finish this. I had started it when it was airing then they delayed episodes for about 2 weeks - then the subbing was so messed up that I just finally put it on hold - now I am finishing it. While main couple is adorable, I am more invested in the 2nd couple - Gu Ran stole my heart with the way he looks at and loves Jiang Jia.

I am finally finishing WIFTY and yes, he is such a sweetheart in that drama - his character breaks my heart at how misunderstood he is. So I really want to watch this for him and because.... well... Zombies. LOL

Yeah none of those links work anymore - I guess because it has been so long now. The only place I found it was dramacool but the video quality really is horrible. I've just been powering through them the best I can. I am up to episode 57 now.

do they have the epilogues at the end of each episode that tells us what he is thinking - how he sees things from his POV? That is what made the c-drama the best for me because the Korean version doesnt really expound on that - you miss out a lot on ML's thinking process in Korean version.
