These are internal designations that Tencent and Youku use, to signify production costs. It also refers to marketing money. They aren't publicised directly by the platforms but it always leaks. It goes B - A - (A+ for Youku) - S - S+, from lowest to highest. Two S+ cannot air together, they are basically the flag ships of the platform. Otherwise you can mix them.

LYF cannot air now because it has not finished with all the reviews necessary for broadcasting. It was always set for very end of July or August. Nobody is sure of any broadcast in China. Oh and LOA doesn't have a licence either.

It won't promote before but it might promote after. Not because of XZ but because of WZQ and even more so, all 3 female roles are looking to explode as 95 🌸, which is highly encouraged by TC.
