From Where did do Jun get 500 million to buy hando steel ?? Didn't he only had 24 million ? Or it's just a bluff…
Bluff. The whole thing was a set up for the son because Do Joon knew the financial crisis was coming. It really was a disastrous time, the famous Daewoo went belly up for example because of mismanagement and messing around during this time.
The problem with shows like this, where it's so good and getting better, is that around this time my PTSD from other shows starts kicking in and I suddenly feel fear this too will collapse. The better the show, the more hurtful the collapse. Hang in there RR, this year already left enough scars π π
Asking for spoilers:is there any love triangle.when does the leads get together.any breakups.
Not really, I honestly can't even call it that. FL has another guy after her but she doesn't consider it and actually he is really nice. Supportive of FL&ML. Maybe healthiest ML 2 I have seen in how he behaves after.
No, Do Joon was dead by the time the events from episode one happened. When the older lady offers her shares for…
At the restaurant of his parents '?
The only thing I can tell you is that if we go by the original, he doesn't exist in this new world. He (Hyun Woo) was never born to his parents, they had a daughter instead.
The drama was less clear so it could be they intend to change this but it would be a pretty huge deviation from the original work so at this moment, I am just assuming his parents have two kids but the older one isn't him. So just like in the novel, he wasn't even born in this universe.
Is this any good? I have to be honestβ¦after Little Women (and other similar dramas) Iβm a bit tired of the…
It's not poor vs. rich, not really. The ML is reborn/transmigrated into the rich family as the youngest grandson so he is working from within against some (not all) of them. In essence, it's rich Vs rich. There is a lot about business and politics, yes. Corruption and plotting. The ML wants revenge for his first death.
I won't stick with a show for an actor either, I dropped Vincenzo for example but I think this one is great so far with absolutely brilliant acting. If you are still not sure, you can always wait to see how it ends then decide whether to binge it.
You yell racist so much, that the word has lost its meaning. It's that filter because of the mood and atmosphere…
This show has a yellow filter even in Korean scenes π€· In fact many scenes are desaturated and sombre. It isn't a "happy" show in tone, for the most part. And yes, different filters are constantly used in dramas to set the mood. Blues and yellows especially but I have also seen greens for sci fi.
If you think this filter is giving a negative reputation to Turkey I can only say it's silly. The shots were gorgeous. If they wanted a negative image, they could have filmed in Tarlabasi exclusively. They didn't π€·
Not to mention that the wider context is that they show their own society as very dark, corrupted and rotten at the core. This isn't a show that is using Turkey to show how great Korea is.
What USA does when they portray Mexico is not connected to this drama. Anyway, I have said my part and it is useless to repeat it continuously.
This drama was ready to air this summer; it was announced by Tencent three times. Then things happened but the drama itself has long been finalized.
Hopefully, TLP is actually next, rumor still says winter vacation π€· we can only hope.
Episode 17 and nope. Communication π
We should be close to the event where the original Do Joon died. Let's see what happens.

When the older lady offers her shares for the answer about her son's death, she was talking about Do Joon's death in that timeline.

You project so much that having the IMAX as your screen wouldn't be enough. Maybe it is you who should think about that.
