Sure. In the end, he is married to the prosecutor, he manages to buy SY and he merges it with Miracle. He has dealt with grandmother too. At the every end, he goes back to the place where he was killed in his first life, making it full circle, now having fulfilled everything he wanted. Happy, simple and clean ending.

None of that overcomplicated stuff, over half doesn't even make sense, just the original ending that I am hoping for. Clean and simple.

I liked the novel better on this point, the way they handled the grandfather.

I also actually liked the novel better in terms of how they handled his new family. He was very close to his new brother and mother, while there was a clean break with the old. Ngl, I really miss all the things he did there.

Yes, I think it will end the same. Looking back, Do Joon has repeatedly stated that he wants to buy SY so I think it's possible this is the drama giving us hints. He will work to "create" his own empire, like his grandfather did, instead of inheriting it. Of course I could be completely wrong 🤣

The obsession of certain people here is actually amazing to see. It's so unhealthy that at this point I am viewing it as an interesting psychological phenomenon. This type of toxic fixation because something didn't go their way in a drama show, so not real life, is absolutely fascinating.

You should look at the eyes. The way SJK is shifting his expressions with his eyes only is truly something else.

Lee Sung Min is amazing here but actually SJK is also giving a phenomenal performance that is just very subtle and understated.

You are inventing things that don't exist in the show. I mean I can't tell you more than this. Old Do Joon died. They said it was an accident. His mother didn't believe it was so she demanded the truth in return for the shares. That's all.

It's a long standing trope in this type of fiction. That there are certain key events that no matter what you do will always happen. Basically, even without the failed investment that led her to kill herself, she would have been standing in her living room and a light fixture would have fallen and bashed her head in. Some things are simply meant to happen - fate. And you can't fight fate.
