I think that my favourite part of this drama is Yeo Jingoo's acting. So I felt a bit disappointed after episode 8 when the original king dies, because after that we no longer got to experience the diversity in his acting. I give the first half a 9/10 and the 2nd half an 8/10.
The ending felt incomplete in a good way. By ending it like it's no big deal, nothing out of the ordinary in the last conversation we saw, they are foreshadowing that their story continues without us. I liked that :)
Just having finished rewatching Better Days for the 3rd time I searched for the OST for the first time and find the song that he sings. Turns out I've listened to his songs years ago without even knowing it was him
I made the right choice to binge this because I loved it and finished it within 2 days. Truly a hidden gem. Rose high above my expectations! I loved it! ^^
I really enjoyed reading this article. I used to watch mostly doramas in the past, but over the past couple of years I’ve slowly migrated to kdramas which is now dominating my list.
Here is my top 10 list: 1. Todome no Kiss (2018) 2. Kazoku Game (2013) 3. Maou (2008) 4. Kimi wa Petto (2017, but I like the 2003 version too) 5. Nobuta wo Produce (2005) 6. Ossan’s Love (2018) 7. Aishite tatte, Himitsu wa Aru (2017) 8. Good Doctor (2018) 9. Gakkou no Kaidan (2015) 10. Sachiiro no One Room (2018)
It's the main characters. Both before and after the male lead becomes 18 again.
That's what I tried to say: not only before the male lead turned 18, but also as an 18 year old, he is the male lead who is in love with his wife/ex wife. It's the main leads who are the main couple, that the male lead turns 18 again doesn't affect that.
She’s one of the few actresses I really like. She’s absolutely gorgeous and her voice is so cute. I love the dramas I’ve seen her in, she’s an amazing actress! ^^
In contrast to many other commenters, I'm terrified of supernatural horror! I especially hate exorcisms and demonic stuff like in The Guest. I love horror but The Guest was so scary to me and also Sweet Home made me very uncomfortable. My favourite on this list is Strangers From Hell. I love psychological horror and Strangers From Hell did a very good job! I remember liking Kingdom (although I was terrified lol) but it's been a while since I saw both seasons.
In Ho is carrying the whole show for me. Like the drama is okay, but I wouldn't have continued watching this far…
Now I'm on ep 12 and my heart hurts so much for In Ho I'm so sad if they hurt him one more time I'm giving this drama a 2 for messing with my feelings ;c
I'm not sure if you're saying this in a rude way or not but....it sounds pretty rude to me. Just bc he's cast…
Exactly. I think the people who cast him for these dramas have been impressed by his other age gap dramas he've starred in, hence they cast him. He also said in an interview before (idk if it's still true tho) that he takes all the roles he is offered. But the most important thing is that the people who cast him recognises that he has a talent for this type of age gap trope in dramas. He does his job well and everyone knows it! It's not strange that he is casted for similar roles because the people who cast him, the viewers and he himself knows that he can do it well, because he's already done it before!
