Thank you for reading my review and sharing your thoughts. I really enjoyed how the drama handled the emotions, the acting, and the OST. It had such a quiet pull, and that’s what made it stay with me even after finishing it. Definitely one of those dramas that leaves a soft little ache behind 😊
I finished You Are My Fateful Love mainly because of Miles Wei. It was an easy watch, but I honestly wasn’t very invested in the main couple. The second leads were way more interesting to me, and I found myself enjoying their scenes more. The drama had some sweet moments, but emotionally it didn’t fully pull me in the way I expected.
I just finished A Dream Within a Dream, and overall it was engaging enough to keep me watching till the end. The female lead really stood out, her expressions, wit, and natural delivery made her so enjoyable to watch. Also loved seeing Wang Cheng Si (Fu Gui) again after Prisoner of Beauty. My only issue was the romance. It was there, but I didn’t fully believe the FL was deeply in love with the ML. I wanted more softness and emotional depth from her , the ML gave more, and the balance felt off.
9/10 — The Epoch of Miyu completely pulled me in from start to finish. It’s not about a single scene, the entire story feels layered, emotional, and quietly intense. The characters feel real, and their choices don’t always go the way you want… which somehow makes it even more frustrating and beautiful at the same time. I won’t even lie, I was really rooting for her and Mr. Tan. There was something about their dynamic that felt deeper and more natural to me, and I kept hoping the story would go that way. But in the end, Miyu made the right choices. I understood her, and I really appreciated her growth, it felt honest and true to who she was. That’s what made the story so meaningful to me
Miyu’s words at the end of episode 2 felt like a soft truth wrapped in sadness. The idea that lies can feel like something sweet, something comforting enough to hide in, was both beautiful and painful. It made me realize that sometimes, people don’t choose lies because they’re blind, but because reality is just too hard to hold onto. And honestly… I felt that

I went into Siren’s Kiss expecting the worst because of the reviews. Instead, I got a drama that was genuinely enjoyable with characters I cared about and a soundtrack that refused to leave my head.
Was it perfect? Maybe not. Was it entertaining and emotionally engaging? Absolutely. Sometimes the best viewing experiences are the ones that resonate with you personally, regardless of public opinion.
Rating: 9/10 – Would happily ignore MDL ratings again.
I don’t like cunning, manipulative FL’s. This isn’t my kind of drama. Dropped at episode 4 . I’ll skip to the end when all episodes are out and find out what happened to the ML
