I’m on ep 34 of TTEOM and ep 6 of Love is Sweet. I really enjoyed them, but paused for a bit for whatever reason.

I did not enjoy Twenty One- Twenty Five and dropped after episode one because of the actress’s yelling of all of her lines. Is this something you enjoyed?

I think so too. And the makeup. I guess I had really high expectations of the production value.

I was surprised at the quality because it’s a S+ drama! The cast is stellar. The CGI… could be better.

Is this a lower budget drama? Such a stellar cast and the CGI looks worse than the much older TMOPB.

But I love the actors. They’re always fantastic in whatever role given to them.

this is Xanxia genre. Pale flowy outfits are a part of the xanxia immortal aesthetic. They’re supposed to look like they’re not like us.

Many directors ask actors to either lose or gain weight for roles. I’m really tired of people casually commenting about people’s weight and making judgment on it.

Things people say about skinny people, the same people would never dare say about overweight people. Let’s not make discussing people’s weight and judging them a norm here.

I think the actors look fine in their roles here.

I get why they do it, but as a viewer, I dislike it 😂

I hate the release schedule. 2 episodes a week is just miserable. :(

I’ve been waiting for this drama for a long time. I love the main leads, I love their chemistry, I love the fight sequence, the choreography, the way the characters are written and acted, I love the story. This drama ideally should be everything I’ve wanted in a drama— why am I having a hard time watching this? I’m on episode 4 so far. Does it pick up?
