Title Dream to You
I'm confused. And maybe this gets addressed further in the episode and I should keep watching, but Sa Rang's last…
He called the ML and pretended it was his girlfriend on the phone. She thought that was her cue to exit gracefully. His call days later was the opportunity to shag another notch on her belt. Him having a girlfriend would make the one night the most likely outcome.
She thanked him for his services and blocked his number that morning. 😂

Him showing up at her work, applying to be on the dating show is hilarious with the writer in a panic begging both him and the producer to not allow him to join this season.

Title The Love Lab

Nah, he saved himself from joining her large roster of male friends.

He was earnest asking all the questions for dating with marriage with mind. He wasn't interested in a casual relationship.

She chose to be elusive with his probing questions and thought is was a good idea to criticise him as being unfunny during the airing of the show. Him owning a car, taking her for a drive impressed her gives you the picture of her dating pool.

Pro-tip: at the courting stage don't embarrass the suitor publicly or be prepared to embrace your 🙀 relationship and rechargeable 🔋.

Her newly minted boyfriend's reaction is normal behaviour with hearing this bombshell news of becoming a long-distance…
The FL and her runaway boyfriend narrative does share some similarities: both females were permitting that behaviour by accepting it.

FL knew he wasn't flying to Australia but was hiding doing part time jobs. 2FL knew her ex-boyfriend didn't reciprocate in their relationship.

The long-term relationship makes sense if that is known to both parties at the beginning of their romantic attraction.

You meet someone far from home and they don't live/plans on moving to your location.

Her newly minted boyfriend's reaction is normal behaviour with hearing this bombshell news of becoming a long-distance relationship.

If you can't understand that, you've lived on fictional romantic fairy-tales only.

Gen Z are drinking less and having less sex than previous generations.South Korea social culture with drinking…
According to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, 56 percent of people aged 19 to 29 reported in 2024 that they either abstain entirely or drink no more than once a month. This marks the highest proportion recorded since the survey began in 2005, when the figure stood at 37.9 percent. The share first crossed the 50 percent threshold during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Gen Z are drinking less and having less sex than previous generations.South Korea social culture with drinking…
South Korean Gen Z is rapidly reducing alcohol consumption, with 56% of those aged 19–29 abstaining or drinking less than once a month in 2024, marking the highest proportion since records began. This shift is driven by a rejection of mandatory workplace drinking traditions like hoesik and a rise in "healthy pleasure" and "sober curious" movements that prioritize well-being and sleep over social obligations.

In contrast, U.S. Gen Z drinking rates have declined significantly but remain substantial, with 50% of young adults reporting they drink alcohol at all—a drop of over 20 percentage points from long-term averages. However, unlike the Korean trend where drinking is becoming optional, American young adults still show higher baseline consumption, with some data suggesting they do not shun alcohol more than older generations when economic factors are considered.

The Korean parents of Generation MZ, who had gone through the IMF crisis, also raised their children as sheltered kids with overprotection and excessive care. The problem is that if a second Korean War breaks out by any chance, South Korea’s Generation MZ, too, may not be strong enough to overcome PTSD.

Actors can't transform to different fictional characters based upon what's written and directed.

You've likely become attached to the actor in their breakout role.

Most actors can't afford to reject work because they're being stereotyped.
Infamously Sean Connery is himself in almost every project.

Given all those drawbacks, who's to blame for candidate selection?

The candidates know the production staff will edit the story for entertainment purposes.

The females predominantly seem capable in engaging in conversations with the opposite sex. The males on the other hand are portrayed as trainwrecks for the most part.

As with all dating shows the Alpha male, popular female get votes from the contestants and viewers.

Labeling one quickly resolved outburst as toxic behaviour only reinforces the lack of wisdom, maturity.

It didn't last twenty four hours.

Touch grass and resist calling everything toxic.

Looks like you're bored and too invested to drop it now.
Either lead could have had their roles flipped and the argument remains valid. An outburst, resolved quickly.

A small minority have difficulty in defending their hypocrisy in calling out the FL for what's normal behaviour.

Title Love in Sync
I really liked the beginning of this drama, but there are things that really bother me. First,, how is it possible…
Plausible
She likely did this often with her assistant and her assistant was disappeared to propel trap by the CEO, reporter.

Her agency was not defending her, she felt at a lost confidence in herself. Everyone was abandoning her, she was offered a bad deal from her agency, scammed out of millions of her savings in a short period. Her universe was imploding in real time.

ML hid the fact he blames himself, his father died, his sister became wheelchair bound. He hasn't been able to let go of the tragedy and doesn't permit himself to enjoy life.

He went to her side because he's empathic, she can read his thoughts of his romantic interests and his desire to end it. The FL is conflicted, she's isolated, he's helped her and she's fallen for him.
