Me too except for this one and Love Like the Galaxy.

I don’t know why people don’t think LYN is good looking. He’s handsome in the traditional sense. Like back in the days of the 80s and 90s of cdrama when most actors have a much more of a masculine look vs the beautiful pretty boy look of today’s cdrama. Honestly the ML and FL’s looks are so contrasting that they visually accentuate each other. LYN is tall, commanding, and handsome and SZ is so freaking beautifully stunning.

That kiss though….

I was so hoping Wei Yan wouldn’t draw Xiao Qiao’s face. I actually like his character. His character has so much depth and potential.

While we all love some skinship, it doesn’t always equate to chemistry. Some of Ren Jia Lun’s best chemistry had very little skinship. Sometimes the right embrace can convey a great amount of love and romance while a kiss might not be as satisfying……

Because he doesn’t realize he’s jealous. That guy doesn’t know much about human nature except for negative things. He’s been locked up and abused almost all his life. Then there’s this woman coming along and tells him she wants to spend her life with him despite barely knowing him. On top of that he knows she’s keeping secrets and he’s a paranoid person. The whole world either hates him, fear him, or want him dead. The trust that he has in her is tenuous at best. All it takes is a simple white lie to destroy it. Which she does. She herself doesn’t realize how she truly feels about him either. She is also wary of him as much as he is of her.

Actually the new character is a guest role from another drama that takes place in the same universe that is written by the same author.

In the same universe. Someone explained that he’s the spirit of the lamp that Tan Yin created.

He’s a character from the another drama by the same author. The drama is Love of a Thousand Years with Zhao Lusi. I was like wait why is Zheng Ye Cheng playing a character of the same name from his previous drama. Apparently both dramas is written by the same author.

Ya’ll Mr Qi/ Fu jiu Yun’s character played by Zheng Ye Cheng is from Love of a thousand years with Zhao Lusi. I had no idea that this drama is written by the same author.

Have anyone noticed that the tips of yuan zhong’s eyebrows are dark blue in some light? That’s gotta be intentional right? Or is it just the makeup? The Elder of his clan had it too but none of his men did..

So in one of the scenes during a flashback, Yunxi’s aunt mentioned that his parents adopted him. So maybe the claim that’s he’s also Pei’s adopted son is just for the trap?

Why is the rating so low?

This drama is completely anxiety inducing and I am all for it.
