Mooyul’s mother & sister were murdered by Haneul on command of Mooyul’s dad although Haneul tried to back off the last minute. After growing up Mooyul is some kind of gang leader & searching for the murderer of his mother to find the reason & confirm his dad’s involvement in his misery but when he does find Haneul he had lost all his memory & still living as an aspirant preparing for his exams before the murder incidence happened. So on advice of the doctor they pretend to live his normal life so that his memories will be regained. In the ending Haneul regains his memory but lies that the murder was all his doing & the dad wasn’t involved (idk probably to give a last piece of solace to the lonely child left in the world) but Mooyul doesn’t accept that his dad wasn’t involved. He was determined to kill Haneul after the truth is out but he doesn’t do so. In the climax both broken souls took their own lives to deal with their emotional burdens.

this drama is a testament that I really really enjoy watching Park Hae Jin & Jin Ki joo on my screen. both r quite underrated imo.

I hate this trend of kdrama to release a continuation of its story after 2 years like western countries. why can’t we have a complete story in 1 season or atleast within a year?!

I wish it had a happy ending. both were troubled souls & they both found their answers. I wish they gave life another chance & maybe tried living with that brotherly bond they pretended to have. I wish it ended with positive note.

the only thing that I didn’t like are unnecessary scenes of deliberately flashing underwear of a school girl.

why do you think female Kim ended up being a hikkikomori?? what do u think might be her back story?

true..he needs to do a lot of intense romantic genre. he’s great in negative characters but I need to not feel guilty for falling for his smile while he’s on screen.

watched this for Lee Junyoung & it was an ok movie..nothing great..just a normal bully movie where the protagonist gets an easy win.

the FL looked a bit like Ahn Eun Jin.

I used to do lot of fashion sketches in school but yk life happened. Now I’m too old to be liking a coming of age school drama but it was a genuinely nicely done drama not inhibited by age group. My takeaway from this drama will definitely be that art liberates your soul

she had so much potential back then. she could’ve become the queen of romcoms but fate really had other plans

rewatching old dramas in a spree really make me sad at the way Netflix has murdered the core soul of kdrama. even a basic storyline used to be enjoyable back then but now in this Netflix era all have great concepts but somehow the execution make it so skippable, forgettable & same. Lovely runner made me give another chance to my lost love for kdramas but it keeps failing.
