Jia Yue came back from abroad (here she wasn't married to anyone) After meeting with Chen Mo ,ke man ,Chang wuji she went to meet her online friend yang fan,in this part it shows she has different feelings for yang fan.
Then she met with Mao tao.Mao you introduced himself as yang fan.Jia yue was shocked then started to hit him.
After that they showed Jia Yue and Mao tou went together to meet with their other friends where they asked about her online friend and many questions.she didn't say anything clearly, but she was smiling. Then all of their friends get together and the series ended. So it was open ending but I felt it is a new beginning ,it will just need time.Because I said in my previous comment that after learning that mao tou is yang fan ,she will not see him as same as ten years ago.They just didn't let us know what happened between them after the online identity revelation.But in last part they both looked happy.
But at least they could have add the last line of the novel.Anyway I took it as a happy ending.
