Cheng Yuan x He Lian Ling x Yan Xun,both HLL and yan xun get married with each other for their people despite having another person in their heart .Yan Xun loved CQ and He Lian Ling loved Cheng Yuan (who was de@d).In the novel Yan Xun didn't love anyone else beside CQ as far i remember but in drama whether he will move on from her and fell for his wife ,we can only know about it after the drama airs .

They won't end up together but they can be said a ghost cp 😂

I understand your disappointment but Chinese industry doesn't work like other industry ,there is billing issue and many more problem ,most casts from S1 are now focused on mainstream dramas even the side actors as well ,they won't return here to play side characters ,and both version are from different production .if it were 6/7 years ago then there could be a chance but after princess agents ,the novel author was accused of doing plagiarism ,it took many years to solve that problem and getting another chance to make adaptation .

agree with you ,i think the writer wanted to give proper story to all characters,you can see most actors scenes of this drama went viral which is good .The screenwriter did pretty well in first half but i think she couldn't balance everyone's plot in later half especially when there are only 40 eps .Even many hit drama faces this problem . I really miss the 2017 era when there was no ep limitations and they could expand side characters story without compressing the main leads story. But at least in POJ they didn't make him look like a side character or discredited him like Mjty

yes i know HYTT is a popular child actress but the popular actresses i meant is the ones who have already done many lead roles and has active fanbase .After blossom ,there are many viewers who anticipated this one because of the ml and he has many active fans .even though it started filming before his popularity but they may not know about that and might think LYR being top billed means he will be the center of the plot .I saw this scenario in many drama .That's why I said the center should be the fl if they follow the novel and as for the sml ,i said it because some people who didn't watch PA or didn't read novel might get confused if he gets many highlighted scenes that's why I said he wasn't that less important and had many highlighted parts because both sml and ml connected to the fl .so if someone thinks being top billed means being center of the plot that might disappoint them .This same thing happened during Reopen my journal where many viewers went to watch the drama for the ml but then got disappointed because there were some eps where the ml didn't have much scenes and the fl with sml,and other leads got more scenes as the plot focused on her .So it's better to know everything before watching .
And thanks for letting me know that this drama was a big launch for HYTT so i don't need to be concern about the plot being changed

i don't know which version are they going to follow,whether it PA ver or the novel ver.If they are following novel ver,one thing I want to say ,the whole plot centered around Chu Qiao(yes PA also centered around her).If they changed the plot just because they didn't cast popular actress that would be mess. and as for the ml ,even though zhuge yue is the ml and the end game but Yan Xun wasn't like other typical sml without importance ,who are used like a prop for triangle .Even when some readers read it at first confused him as ml at first half of the novel.This is the reason why 3 of these characters are included in main char list

LYR didn't join the press conference because of his schedule and as for what his fans wants ,I think it's better to not bring weibo's mess in mdl.The drama didn't even aired yet

Yes it looks like they will keep obsessive and possessive traits in the character but apart from it they won't follow the novel because it wasn't even red flag but a black flag. And cdrama has a rule now that male lead can't be like a villain .

If he thinks he has done mistake ,his statement hurts others and apologized for it that's the matter not his fans opinions.As a viwer giving him another chance or boycotting his dramas depends on the viewers . His fans doesn't represent MDL is small platform so there aren't many fans of his like X or Instagram and most his international fans called him out .
