I had high expectations because of the rating, and this exceeded my expectations! I loved the music, the acting, the chemistry - man the CHEMISTRY! Ugh, be still my heart. An easy watch with no dull moments. I am glad I upgraded to Viki Plus for this lol Chi Cheng is my fave, dude looked genuinely in love hahah

Glad I’m not the only one, idk this isn’t moving me the way it seems to be for the masses. I’m actually struggling a bit to finish it. They have really good chemistry and make for an attractive couple, but that’s where it ends on the positives for me lol 7.5 at best. My personal opinion.

The reviews for this are great, and I’m trying to get into it. I’m really trying lol but I don’t get it. WHY does everyone, literally everyone, hate him so much?? I can understand the rival actors I guess since they’re rivals and all. but Lilly’s hate is throwing me off. Her disdain makes zero sense to me. She is trying so hard to ruin this man and so far I haven’t seen any reason as to why.

Episode 7 was much needed. I didn’t truly ship it til the end credits after episode 7 lol now I suddenly want more.

Omg yes! I’m on episode 4 and I’m so mad at her mom. It’s so cruel what she’s doing (hiding the letters, then giving them all back unopened). I feel so bad for him :/

Also half truths! How come nothing was mentioned about the fact Chun Seong didn’t in fact set the fire? Or that Beom U didn’t play any part in the actual stealing the recipes? Those are just a couple of examples. Generous 7.

HOW wasn’t there any backlash from the French judge. Her reputation should be ruined.

Who was busy? The producers? The actors? Someone had to be with all these loose ends and half concluded plots. From the restaurant in Japan, to the fall out with the French judge, to the bs reconciliation with the fa brother, and somehow nobody gets their just deserves. Not even going to talk about this “mother”. My 7 is GENEROUS.

9/10! Yes there are a few plot holes but nothing that I think takes away from it. It was super cute and I liked their chemistry. And the second couple delivers as well. I only wish we could have seen her dressed fabulously more lol but that’s a personal preference, she’s just so gorg. Man does Do Min Ik know how to pout! He can really put on the sad eyes. Great casting.

Scratch that, she IS moving foul. There is no “kinda” about it. I can’t believe she just kissed him, smh. I mean it’s only ep 8 so I suppose there’s room for redemption as far as a show is concerned. In real life? Yeah, I don’t think I’d be able to look past her actions.
