it was fine, I’ll give it a 7. Originally I was thinking 7.5 but the last two eps…
I found myself looking away from the screen a lot during this series and never really missed much. Some of the plot points made it feel like watching two or three shows in one without any of them being fleshed out. Anyway, the show was fine.

I thought “oh, they are just explaining who’s who and what their role is”, but as that ep 1 (because there are two episodes labeled episode one) progressed I soon realized I was WRONG. It’s truly just the spark notes/cliff notes/summary/complete give away of everything you’re about to watch. Why?? I said “skip it, skip it, skip it” but I kept watching. I have just finished episode two and am deeply unsatisfied, seeing as how I can tell you the rest of the story already.

I implore any viewer to skip that synopsis episode and watch the rest. I believe it would be a very enjoyable show, truly, I simply just don’t understand the inclusion of a summary episode and thus I hate to say, but the show is ruined for me.

I wanted to enjoy this so bad, it’s right up my alley. I’m unsure if it’s like this on other viewing platforms as im watching on Viki, but the second “episode 1” is an entire synopsis of exactly what you’re about to watch. Holy spoilers! Why would a show give everything away in this manner?? It’s an hour plus of nothing but a briefing of pretty much everything to come. There is zero left to the imagination. I truly don’t understand. I’m still watching in hopes that something else happens that they didn’t give away but there isn’t anything thus far. They truly told it all in that explanation.

So… is he really just going to walk around everywhere talking to “himself”?? Sure they had the instances where people look at him crazy when he’s like fighting over an item with the ghost, but he’s legit just walking down the street or around campus having arguments with what should appear to be thin air and passerby’s aren’t even sparing a glance. Idk, I guess that’s just a plot hole I’m going to have to contend with if I want to finish this series.

MAN WHAT! I was just coming to comment something because ooooooooooh she is working my nerves. I’m on episode two and I want to crawl out of my skin from her antics. I’m not even socially awkward and she would have been crossing EVERY line in existence. Not even for just the CEO, the part when she’s drunk and goes to get her flowers and thinks the ML is some random delivery guy bringing flowers for Mr Smith was insane!! Can’t even say “well she was drunk” NO she’s ALWAYS like that. 😮‍💨 I’m glad this is the first comment I saw because I thought I was tripping with my absolute disdain for her character.

And also! I think I’ve grown a bit tired of the (extreme to the max) pushover trope. Like.. If you don’t call the cops and get them folks out of your house!!!! lmfao why is this even a debate?

I probably won’t give anything away, but I’m hitting the spoiler tab in case. Hmm, for me personally I didn’t like the pacing in the beginning nor Ki Sub’s attitude toward the whole situation. I mean, did they even share two sentences in the time they’ve known each other prior to him forcing his living situation onto Jin Woo..? Ki Sub’s only motivation is to get Jin Woo to fall for him just so what? he can stay at his place for a month? Not because he had any actual feelings of his own in the beginning, which is a part of his character development so I guess we aren’t meant to complain too much about that. Anway, when it was all wrapped up in the end it was cute, disingenuous but cute none the less. No regrets watching!

it ended up being cute, prob won’t watch again for a few reasons. 7.5

lol it’s ok to admit this is cheating and still say you like the drama! idk why so many of you are in denial about it. Would you want your partner moving the way she did in the first few eps? Doubt it.

yep, this is the comment that resonates with me the most! even in his farewell video, I’m thinking “why is the robot crying”. I understand showcasing empathy or something but…? And I agree, now I kind of want to rewatch AYHT to see if I’m judging this too harshly because I loved that.

I enjoyed this way more for something I thought I’d watch on a whim. Even the 8.1 doesn’t do it justice. “Cute” for adults is hard, but I think they nailed it. I need a side project with the managers (with their current personalities, skip the cute) though 😅😁.

Solid 7, .5 in either direction (6.5 or 7.5) depending on preference. Cute but a bit bland with questionable development.
For those who care they do kiss, and they are decent kisses.

An easy watch that I finished in one day.

That last episode was… a choice. Other than that I liked it!

You really do have to get past the first three episodes and then it becomes enjoyable. my rating is 7.5, the score was brought down for me because I originally dropped the show.

I was just saying this, I’m on episode 11 now and I already felt like they were starting to drag it in ep 10. I’m going to see it through but I feel this will get an average rating from me.

omg the comment I’ve been waiting for!!!! I love this series down ok?! but woah my god? what the entire expletive for the slack these people have been given. what solidified it for me (which I said verbatim in texts with my friend while viewing) was all the people getting their jobs back (TF??) and then FL and ex gf little “haha kiki yeah we’re friends” at the end. HUH????
