yes I watched those, I knew there were 2 side couples, but I am not enjoying their story so far (well the couple that is already together at the beginning of the drama is not the worst, I mean more the other couple). it’s a bit weird how he is acting (the character)

watching ep 12, I usually enjoy second couples in drama, but I think we are seeing too much of the friends (more specifically ML friend and his parents, I don’t think that’s necessary) Maybe I wouldn’t mind if they were more interesting characters

I also find it mid, I have a hard time focusing, it's not keeping me interested to watch. At the same time, I've been having a hard time with most costume drama this year. Watching edits on tiktok is more exciting then watching the actual drama at this point for me unfortunatly 🙈 maybe I'll give it a few more eps, but I don't know

not sure why, but I actually enjoy this drama😅😅10 eps in so far, maybe that will change. I particularly like watching Jiang Zi and Luo Xin romance blossom. iQIYI aired it so fast and didn't bother with proper subs either, still understandable when there are mistakes. I thought I was tripping but sometimes the basic - him - her - is wrong

ep 32 : we all saw the seventh grandma death coming for a few eps now. When FL came back with the food, even before she opened the door, I said, she’s going to be dead. I liked the parallel : now it’s the Tian aunt coming to the funeral on the side.
ML unknowingly meeting his aunt, hopefully he’ll know someday she’ll alive.

SML is digging his grave with his activities. When the other guy said ‘’if this is discovered, we’ll be beheaded’’, let it be a foreshadowing 😅

ep 31 : their love confession scene felt perfect and beautiful🥰tomorrow from the preview, she will know his identity, can’t wait.
the ending of the episode with the family was heartwarming. I like FL teaching her little cousin too
