I like it more than the manhwa!

I actually have a mix feeling about this drama, because i found first six eps exciting, but the last two eps are kinda rushed so i dont feel the excitement. Although i feel the ending is kinda rushed im still happy that they dont follow the original ending because the manhwa ending was so tragic i dont think i can bear it.

Story: I have read the manhwa before and i like the webdrama version better. The webdrama is more comedic while the manhwa is more melo and i found it a bit depressing. The premise is good, but i think they could do more. They are too focused on the main lead, they dont do much on the second male lead and second female lead, so we cant sympathise with them and cant see how their characters develop.

Acting and character: This is the first time i watched a drama with more historical story on it so i dont really know how acting on historical should be, but i dont think the acting is bad.. but its not impressive either.
I love the female lead’s acting throughout drama but im slightly not feeling the emotion at the end of the drama when shes parting with the male lead.
Ah and they shouldnt make lee won younger than park yeon because its obvious that lee won is older than park yeon.

Music: i love the music! I love the ost and the song the female lead always sing. I cant get it out of my head lol

Overall its a fun webdrama to watch, the drama is aesthetically pleasing so i enjoy watching it and it only takes approx 4 hours to watch the entire drama!

Not much going on

Okay first of all i was really excited because im a fan of hwiyoung and the trailers seems to be fun but after i watch it..... i just couldnt make myself like it

The story: the story is just a simple highschool romance story, but to be honest theyre lacking to emphasise the highschool on the later eps. They tend to focus on the meeting of hayoung and chanyoung while theres not much going on either with them two. Some things are left out too, like the band competition and hows the second couple relationships in highschool.

The characters: I dont like the characters. From the five main role i only like so eun’s character, she seems real. I think jihoon is manipulative, the way he told chanyoung hes dating the girl??? Its a no from me (although he told chanyoung later on, which a character development, but still). Hes so easily irritated and not friendly at all, i wonder if anyone in real life would befriend someone with that behaviour. For chanyoung, i think hes a coward how he back off easily after second guessing himself. Even until the end, he wouldnt get the girl if jihoon didnt talk to him. And for hayoung... nothing special. Just typical female lead character. I dont get the chemistry between the main lead too

The acting: the acting isnt really good, but isnt that bad either considering theyre all rookies and its a webdrama (most webdramas actors/actresses dont have excellent acting lets be honest). Even for hwiyoung i like his acting on his previous work more

The songs: i like the songs tho! It’s enjoyable
Rewatch value: i dont think i would rewatch it unless i am very bored and have nothing to watch
P.s: torn in between give it a 6.5/7 but i’ll go with 7 because atleast the editing is good

I think for a webdrama it’s quite good and not your typical-webdrama-trope. The premise is good and the casts did a good job despite most of them are rookies actor. For the story, in the middle it feels somehow you get lost and wonder on which direction the story would take. I think they could do a better job to emphasise how dokgobin is an ai robot and not a human being, but in the middle sometimes i forgot that dokgobin is a robot and isnt capable of having feelings. But toward the end it gets better! It has a slight of romance but the romance isnt the main issue here. Overall it is a good drama if you want to watch something light!

Well written, well directed, well acted

First of all im a bit picky when giving ratings, but this drama is an easy 10/10 FOR ME

First of all i cant lie the reason why i watched this is because it has jung hae in and son sukku in it and i have a bug fat crush on them, but im glad i watch this because this is one of the best drama i have ever watched in my whole life.

The story: the story is about a ordinary military men who became a deserter pursuit (dp), they tell a story about how military life in the eyes of deserter. To be honest i dont find the first four eps as heavy, i mean they show bullying left and right but they have a lot of comical scenes too. The last two eps is indeed heavy and dark, it might even triggering to some people so please be mindful if you arent comfortable with bullying topic. The story is nothing extraordinary and kinda predictable too imo, but its very well written so i dont mind about it being predictable

Acting: the acting is brilliant. I love all the actors, i love how the actors portrayed the characters, from the main cast, supporting cast to the cameo. All the acting is solid, although i can say koo kyo hwan is the scene stealer throughout the series

Music: i love the ost!

Another thing that i love: i love the intro! I feel like the intro is trying to show us that everyone in the military is loved outside the military so they should be kind to them

Light and fluffy

I like the webdrama! This webdrama have the kind of y/n vibe and remind me of click your heart a bit (maybe because of the ‘choose your male lead’ trope and full of idol cast). The story is very fluffy and might come a bit cringy for some people, but it makes me laugh! I really enjoyed it from the first up to fifth episodes. Sadly, on the final eps they rushed it to the end, i actually wonder how the fl and the ml falls in love and get in relationship but they dont show it

The acting is decent too, i love the female lead’s acting and almost all the male leads actings are good. Although theres some part that didnt feel natural, i think its okay because its first acting gig for most of them

For the musics... i dont really remember anything, it wasnt noticable for me (but didnt annoy me either so i think its okay)

Definitely would rewatch it if i dont have much time but need some fluffiness in my life

I would like to give it a 8.5 if only the ending wasnt rushed, but overall its a very fun webdrama to watch!
